I went in on Monday 5/10 to look at a car that was mentioned to me. I got to the dealership and had the pleasure of working with Hanafy Mahmoud. The greatest salesman I have ever worked with. Very polite, listened to me and what I was looking for and most importantly was not pushy. I did a test drive on the car and I loved it! I didn't have all my information that was needed to purchase the car with me. He put the SOLD sign on it and had it brought to the back to have it cleaned up and to get the last look to make sure everything was good. I informed him I would be back the next day to get all the paper work done. So Tuesday 5/11 I went back in with my father so he could do the "Dad" check. The paper work took only just a few minutes and then I went in with the Financial manager Ashley Malenke to do the final steps and all the signatures. Ashley was absolutely great! Such a sweet woman and very knowledgeable of her position and many things about the whole dealership. I was out of there within an hour all together. They had the car all nice and clean and full tank of gas. I would buy a car from there again and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Inver Grove Hyundai! This is a great car for the money. Has many very advanced features. Are a few MINOR dislikes however. Key FOB is way too large and the backup "Key" is not part of the FOB but rather an attachment. Center console feels too high and out of place. Always pressing the buttons on it by mistake. Lighting on the HVAC temp knobs much too dim. No manual control for EV mode. No sunglass holder. Use of battery for EV mode is way too conservative. May be good for battery life but not good for mileage. These are minor flaws which could be corrected but overall I am very pleased with the car.

A big contributing factor in choosing the Hyundai brand was my previous experience with two different Elantra that I had a 2007 and a 2015. Both my mom and sister have driven only the Hyundai brand for the last 20 years or so with good results. My interest in the hybrid vehicle has been around since the Ford Escape came out. In 2021 I finally had the right circumstances to purchase one a Ford Escape. Last year a major recall occurred there was no way to solve the issue. So I traded it in for a 2024 Tucson Hybrid the NLine Trim. Both vehicles are similarly equipped. My only two dislike about the Tucson it lacks a place to store your eye glasses in. The other item is the shift arrangement it’s a push button type thing I prefer a wheel type selector that was in the Escape or the old fashion way. I still have under 2000 miles on the Tucson. Before purchasing it I did some read some of the reviews. Some mention the gasoline mileage as a concern. Comparing the two hybrid vehicles I still fill up once a month and probably get the same amount of gas. My commute is about 20 minutes one way. There seems to be more storage capacity in the Tucson. Both vehicles do not have a spare tire and have that fix a flat type of deal. The back up camera works great both during the day and night. Over all it’s a great vehicle. I would recommend it.
