He had no sales pitch, just helpful, honest answers with no pressure. I called him back a couple of days later and he was happy to do some research on questions I had regarding a specific vehicle. I told him I lived in San Diego and didn't want to waste my time driving to Orange County only to find I was being misled. He offered to put a "sold" sign in the vehicle so that it would still be available when I got up there, with no obligation to buy. I decided to go to Huntington Beach for my Sonata Sport Plus, instead of the dealership where I got my Elantra from last year, and I was not disappointed. I couldnt get someone to take me there, but the dealership was super understanding and came to take me to the dealership, where we did all the paperwork and i was able to drive off the lot. Not only that, Christina P, the one who sold me the Sonata and also came to pick me up, also had driven to MULTIPLE dealerships to get me the exact car i wanted. Lance was awesome, working with what was able to be worked with, handling finances both in person and even through the phone. Y’all are sweet! After having a couple of bad experiences at this dealership, it was a pleasant surprise that they have turned around the customer service experience in the service department. I took my F-150 back to where I bought it for recall work. The service advisor was helpful. She sent updates on repair process and, best of all, my truck was delivered back to my house at the time originally estimated.
