I have been taking my Z06 to your dealership for many years. The service department and specifically Steve Diaz-Drago is always available to guide me on a scheduled time of service and er gets my car fixed and out in expected time. I wouldn't take my prize possession to anyother Chevy Dealership.
I dealt with Jacob Banks the whole time (except for finance) which was over a number of days. He was super! He sold me my second Hyundai and he was great then but this time (my 4th) I have never seen nor heard of a sales person going the extra mile(s) he went. We completed about 90% of our negotiations on line. I live 250 miles from this dealer and it was wonderful to be able to email and converse with Jacob multiple times and establish the final price, trade, and down payment before I ever saw the actual vehicle I purchased. Jacob worked hard for me, made videos of the vehicles I was interested in, gave me honest quotes and was so very friendly and personable. He spent a lot of time showing me the features of the Santa Fe and demonstrated them on a test drive. Maybe what impressed me more than anything was they entire dealership was extremely busy; Jacob had another customer he was working with and I watched the time he spent showing this lady her car... he was meticulous showing her the vehicle and was that way with me. I even had the pleasure of waiting a little while for him which was a great experience for me; I got to watch a professional. Actually, I have never had a bad experience buying from this dealership but Jacob is my go-to guy. Want a "go-to guy" that actually acts like he likes you and wants to help, you can "Bank on Banks.)

I purchased My Vehicle from Smart Budget before the Holiday weekend. After a few days of driving it We realized it needed a few repairs. I contacted Our Salesman and He told Me to bring it in and I would be taken care of. First thing Tuesday morning I drove it into the Smart Service Center and there I met Ed with a smile ! Ed took over, arranged for the repairs to be completed at NO cost to Me, arranged for a loaner Car and kept Me informed until the work was completed. Thank You Ed ! You made the whole experience painless, You convinced Me to only SHOP Smart Motors in the future. Very Satisfied Customer.

I couldn't find an AWD Ruby Wine red Tucson Ltd where I live in Calif (apparently only 2% of the cars they receive from Corporate in Calif. are AWD) and so called Reno, NV to see if they have a red one. They didnt. I was going to settle for a white one that was coming in to my local dealer, when Sales Mgr Steve from Reno called and said he was getting a red AWD shipped in from Oregon; He sent a copy of the window sticker, and it was the EXACT car I was looking for! Even had most the added accessories I wanted, such as a trailer hitch. Then he price matched my local dealer, also making sure I got every rebate and incentive I qualified for. We did this all by text and emails. Car came in a few days later than he hoped, but otherwise it all went well. The Lithia Hyundai Reno dealership is across the highway from the main airport, making a flight or one-way rental car an easy way to get there for out-of-state purchasers. Chris, in Finance, carefully explained what I had to do to register the car in California (I need to Calif. smog test a brand new 50 State certified car??!) and gave me a 15 day temporary Nevada registration so I could drive it the 260 miles home. Salesman Ali explained all the many buttons and features, 'paired' my cell phone, and signed me up for all Hyundai's online programs that tie in with the car's many features. I was playing with the Nav, XM Radio, sunroof, etc. all the way home on Hwy 80. The car got over 31mpg at 70mph, which is higher than it is rated. I love my new car!
I highly recommend them! They are all very friendly. I had the pleasure to work with Isaiah. I recommend him as well. He found me exactly the car I wanted and the finance team worked majic and made it all come together. Love my new car! 😀👍🏻??????????
Xavier was the BEST ! I came in to look at a used 2015 model car and he got me into a brand new 2018 at a affordable rate . Xavier was easy to talk to and very relatable, he made me feel comfortable and not pressured at all . I felt like I was car shopping with one of my close friends , he was very honest . I had my car serviced Monday, June 25, 2018. I had a 7:30 appointment and my car was finished by 9:15. Patrick provided an explanation of what was done - what work will be necessary at the next appointment and was very helpful in responding to my questions.

The mechanic, Jason, that worked on my 2003 Ram 2500 w/ 5.9 Cummins was outstanding. He did a number of things of his own initiative (e.g. emptied a waste oil container I was carrying in the back) in addition to the quality service he performed. I slipped into the garage to visit with him concerning the work he was doing and to discuss other vehicle issues. He was totally unperturbed and took the time to explore all of the issues with me and answer my questions. A great ambassador for the LHM service department.
