I had decided on the Hyundai Venue before visiting the dealership. What I needed was the individual packages. I have had the car for a short time. But I am very pleased with the ride and the performance.

My experience was 100% perfect. Not only was the dealership excellent and so much better than the other 4-5 dealerships we went to prior, but our salesman, Andy, was the best we have ever had. He spent numerous hours with me explaining everything. He was courteous, professional and nothing that I asked was too much for him. He was happy to get all my questions answered and also answered every text and phone call instantly. This was a 100% positive experience but mostly because of our amazing salesman, Andy.

I used Amazon Autos to find a good deal on a Tuscon online. All costs Including dealer fees and sales taxes were clearly presented. Discounts such as dealer adjustment and Hyundai rebates were also clearly displayed. Crown Hyundai offered a range of Tuscons that were priced better that other Hyundai dealers within 100 miles of my Southwest Florida town. Crown Hyundai honored the deal that was presented on Amazon Autos without any hassles or attempts at up-selling. Justin Hoffman was very helpful in getting the deal done so I could get my new car in less than a day. All car purchases should be done this way.

Cameron was a fantastic help and really knew he’s stuff about the car. He easily related his personal experience with these cars as well his over knowledge as a car guy. We test drove three different vehicles. He made sure our experience was as seamless and pleasant as possible. He took over our appointment from Joel who had a family emergency to take care of. We ended up leasing a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid. It’s a fantastic vehicle and we love it.! In the seven cars, I’ve purchased over the past 30+ years. This was hands-down. General manger done a great job helping me get a part fixed on my car after Hyundai would not approve the warranty repair. General manger was great to deal with and took ownership of the issue.

Incredible experience at Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood. Starting with Betina, who walked me through the vehicles I might be interested in seeing, sending me emails, setting up a time to meet with a sales person and even waited past her work hours to introduce herself. Anthony was our sales specialist and he help us narrow our search and put us in a 2020 Tuscon which my husband and I fell in love with. Steven was in finance and he was just amazing. We did have one issue that we contacted Robert the head salesman, and he immediately drove our new vehicle and resolved the issue quickly.

Alex was a great combination of assertive, attentive, but also did a great job giving me a chance to figure things out. He did a great job showing the cars and explaining the details and i felt very comfortable asking questions and talking about my needs in a new car. Casey went way above and beyond the call of duty building financial worksheets for me. My situation was complicated and it took some real work to get to the finish line and Casey helped me every step of the way all the way to the finish line. I highly recommend requesting them when going in to Crown Hyundai to look for new cars. The purchase process was a great experience!
