I bouth my Genesis at King- thougth it would be easier to service nearer to my home. Well worth the drive. Lacey even connected me with a salesperson to help fiquire on of the features on my vehicle. I bought myself the Genesis GV70 2022, from Braman Hyundai found it on CarGurus. My 1st salesman ended up being Guillermo and he treated me very well originally. The next few phone calls after my purchase I notice his attitude changed but never the less I brushed it off. When I had to return a few days later I called 1st, same dismissive attitude & once I reached there I brought it his attention. He apologized but again twice after that on a phone call he was very dismissive. Rush to tell me he has to take a call & he call me back and hung up. Never heard back and this was the second time he’s done that. Funny we seemed like we clicked prior to me purchasing my vehicle. Love my car but rather someone else got the commission!!
