I had a great experience at Federico Kia in Woodriver. I had my not so patient 4yr old daughter with me, and they adapted very well. My salesman, Perry Yates, was busy with other people, but still made sure to keep me updated. I never felt forgotten or pushed off. The other staff members even made sure my daughter and I were doing good! Not to mention, I got a great trade in on my car and love my new Hyundai! Highly recommended.

The team out at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia has a winning combination with Darwin Cunningham and Ken Stark. This was my first experience with this dealership and even though it's quite of a drive from the local dealerships that are closer to home, it is WELL worth the drive. After arriving, I met with Ken Stark who I can't say enough about. There were no slick gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. As cliche as it might sound, but we hit it off as if we were buddies for years. Again, he was easy to talk to, the other employees/salesman appeared as though they genuinely enjoyed working there, you could just feel that positive energy in the air. It made car buying fun again as it should be. Enter Darwin Cunningham. This guy gets it. It's those little things that go a long way. When delivered on EXACTLY what I wanted, he wrote "CONGRATS!!!" on the paper. It made it that much more fun on signing and being a part of this great experience. He too couldn't have been easier to talk to and was VERY transparent. Extremely friendly, kept me informed every step of the way and was fast at delivering what I wanted but took his time when or if I had any questions to ensure we were on the same page. The service I received at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia is nothing short of extraordinary. To say that both the car buying experience and its salespeople have challenged my preconceptions about your typical car dealership and its antics is a gross understatement. They have truly changed my mind and those ideologies and I will be telling anyone and everyone that will listen about my experience and to give Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia a try before they give another dealership their business.
The sales rep spoke with me at length about my own needs for my next car and showed me a number of different cars on the lot. He did not make me feel pressured to buy, and made sure I was fully satisfied with the car before I bought it. If I still live in this area next time I need a car I will be returning.
Exactly one month ago, I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and they had one. It was the right price, the right color, the right mileage. I didn't call before hand to set up an appointment, but that didn't make a difference. I was made immediately comfortable by Marvin. He introduced himself and put me at ease. My sales expert, Dave, was frigging awesome. He knew so much about the car. When I wasn't sure if I wanted it or not (at first I was underwhelmed), he had me test drive a BMW 320i for a comparison. I still wasn't convinced, so Marvin suggested I take it home overnight. Everyone agreed and of course, I fell in love with it. I traded in a car and they gave me a fair market value. I did come with my own financing so it made the transaction totally smooth. 2 weeks after I had the car, Dave called me to see if I was still in love and to check on me. He also reminded me that I can bring it there for servicing. This was the easiest and smoothest process I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone here is wonderful and I will always come here. Excellent service from Ryan as he put the hitch on my recently purchased PHEV. I have 1500 miles and 1150 miles battery use only. Less than 20 gallons of gas used. Also, chose to tint windows. Charles Curry was great to schedule appointment. Confirm by email and provided a 24 hour reminder. Mungenast provided shuttle to shopping mall. I'm appreciative of the professional attitude. Went to see about financing a car about 45 minutes before they closed. Tommy assisted me and I walked out with a new car! Not only did he get me a great deal but he worked with my needs of getting the sales tax financed for me as well since I just moved from CA and I wasn't prepared for the sales tax payment Missouri requires you to cover within 30 days. Awesome people, very friendly and overall great service!
Ben was very pleasant and a friendly salesman. I got an amazing deal. He treated us like family. He was very patient when we was looking at different vehicles. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and explained everything in great detail that we asked about on each vehicle that we looked at. After deciding which one we was going to purchase, the process and paperwork went very easy and quick. Before we drove off in our new Tuscan, Ben went over every little detail pertaining to the functions of the SUV. He even got my bluelink and my phone connected to my car. My wife has purchased 2 vehicles from Dean Team Hyundai and this is my first. I definitely give them the highest rating and I will continue to purchase all my vehicles here.
