Ron was courteous, efficient and helpful. He spent a lot of time explaining the new features. He also provided me with the garage door opener which is no longer featured on the new Hondas at no cost. He always goes out of his way to help and be there when you need him. They don't make them any better than Ron.By the way this was a lease and not a purchase.

I've owned a Sonata 2.0T Limited since 2011. Only major issue was metal shavings in the engine block. Hyundai installed a new engine and everything us been perfect for the next 47K miles. I'm also 6'5" and over 300Lbs but I'm always comfortable when driving or being a passenger in the front seat. I would buy another one but my wife wants something higher to stay above the traffic.

Nice looking vehicle goes good in the snow but the 2.4 liter motor is junk I had to get mine replaced overall very reliable suv.

I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid with the 2.4 l engine that I purchased new. It has been far and away the best vehicle I've ever purchased. It routinely gets upwards of 45+ mpg on the freeway if I drive it at 58 mph. I have about 194,000 miles on it and the only maintenance (prior to today) beyond oil changes I've done is to have the transmission fluid flushed at about 130,000 miles, replaced tires, 1 tail lamp, the air filter and the auxiliary battery. I am now experiencing a coolant leak and I believe I'll have to get the water pump replaced.

When you make contact they put you in an optional text chat so anytime you have a question you text it and they get back to you usually very quickly. We worked with Garrett and even. Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale! We were hundreds of.mikes from home and had tire issues. Matt White and all staff we dealt with were amazing. Our vehicle needed an odd size tire and Matt located tires at a local busi ess and was able to have them delivered promptly. We were so impressed we decided to buy four tires due to a buy three and get one free offer and a rebate. We asked for an alignment and the mechanic determined it was not needed. We could have been taken advantage of and were not.

I purchased my 2010 Hyundai Sonata used in 2012, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. I feel like my Sonata is still aesthetically pleasing to look at when I'm walking up to after a long night at work. I have replaced the headlights and purchased new wheels, but nothing flashy, and it remains relatively the same as originally purchased. My only cosmetic complaints are the interior and exterior door handles, in which I've had replaced as well. They (front driver interior, and front passenger exterior) created an inconvenience when they randomly failed and broke off, but those are minor details in my overall view of the vehicle. The vehicle's performance has been nothing short of extraordinary, in my opinion. My Sonata currently has over 200,000 miles, and I haven't had to have any major work done on it as of yet. I still feel like it's reliable enough to drive anywhere and get me back home safely. I love my Sonata!

I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited without really even knowing all the extras it has. I'm learning new things about it all the time. I've never had a car so fancy! Hey, after 12 years with a Kia Spectra, this car is FANCY! I've never had leather seats, let alone heated leather seats! I've never been able to make a phone call by telling the car to call someone! I cant really think of anything about this vehicle that disappoints me at all. I'm just grateful to Gustman Honda in Appleton and my salesman Jon Devet for being so great and helping me keep to my budget while still getting SO much car! I know she's 6yrs old but shes like new to me, and I love her. Great car!

Recently bought a 2016 gmc very happy with it and salesman Brad was great help.

Had car since 2015 and im guy washes wax every day. Got car at 100,00ish ive put 85,000 on it myself Heres what been done since owned ball joints 3 sets made cheaply... Exhaust work 2 times from rot . 1 ignition coil replaced High pressure power steering Line pipe replaced lasted about 170000 ish.. lower ball joints 2 times. brakes all around 3 times . at 185,000 and all 4 shocks have to be replaced timing belt at 160,000 replaced. 1 starter replaced Over all just regular stuff that wears out. Cant complain cars real easy to work on your self..all belts replaced twice. Never made me walk home So overall Cheap running Good in snow also never get stuck no matter what i try. Water pump and alternator water pump never been touched still work as intended

Small and simple great first car 👍 not super reliable like a Honda but still seems really reliable, I bought mine for $2,800 2 years ago still running extremely well today with 160,000 miles. Small engine and easy to repair, only real repair I've had to do on it is a water pump, expect a cheap economy car if you take good care of it then it will treat you right.

We retired and sold our cars, cashing out the equity. We then bought a 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe with 190,000 miles. We did some deferred maintenance on it - and a new timing belt. Well a year later, this thing is flawless. It's got 205,000 miles on it now, everything works. It's comfortable, the V6 has good power. Would definitely buy this car all over again. It is an interference engine. Do NOT break the timing belt.

the 2012 Hyundai Sonata is a smooth comfortable car with a potential flaw that Hyundai has, in my opinion, addressed adequately. First the Pros: It is stylish in both the interior as well as exterior design. It is comfortable, even for me at 6'3" and is not tiring for extended periods on the highway. The fuel economy is good averaging for me about 32 MPG with mostly highway driving. The engine has reasonable power when needed and is generally smooth. The cons are that the 4-cylinder Theta-II engine that the Sonata Uses, (as well as the Santa Fe and Kia Optima and Sorento) has a known flaw that causes the #4 cylinder connecting rod bearing to wear out prematurely causing engine failure. Hyundai has recently extended the Engine Warranty to a lifetime warranty on these engines and that includes if you bought the car used. I think this is a reasonable response. My Sonata suffered this exact failure 5 months ago at 164,000 miles and the engine was replaced with no pushback. The car carried an original 100K mile warranty which is still considered industry leading so, legally, any car over 100K miles Hyundai and Kia could have stuck to their original warranty agreement and taken no action. But that is not what they are doing. One of the reasons I gave Korean cars a try several years ago was the lack of response I got on a Japanese brand known for their high quality that also had a known failure point but took no action after the warranty expired. Because of Hyundai's ultimate response I still highly recommend the car. if you have a higher mileage Sonata, my advice would be sure you have some sort of roadside assistance, so in case you experience this same failure, you will not be left stranded. The good news is that in the rare instance you experience this issue, you should receive a new engine.

Kelsey was at lunch when I've arrived but was smiles and asked about my service(s) my car was due for. Just an Oil change was needed, she did an overall maintenance check up on the computer since my last visit. Told me about the conditions of Wiper blades & tires, since we are going into early fall season. I appreciated that. Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.
