I bought a 2023 and I love the style inside and out. I love the ride, comfort and the features. I love the city mileage but what I don't like is the highway mileage average of about 28 mpg about 10 mpg less than advertised. Multiple times I even drove 20 mph less than the speed limit on the hightway could only get the to 30 mpg. My daughters 22 regular tucson I get 37 mpg. What is going oh here!

This car is bang for your buck, not too expensive but it is so much fun to own and drive. I have never had one problem with this car and I love it

I highly recommend this dealership, especially thanks to David Kim. Nobody can easily find a car and match their expectation on the market under COVID situation, Mark-ups everywhere and sometimes pushing me to sign a lot of additions. But this dealership never asked me add their add-ons. And there were no mark-ups or hidden cost and even the finance manager recommended me 'no add-on needed' option cuz I buy a new car(thank you again and sorry, I forgot the name of the finance manager). And yeah, my Sonata hybrid runs well on high MPG as they advertised and all the driving assistance features work smoothly. If I live in this city more than I planned, I would like to buy a car from this dealership again.

I have had this car for a week. Of course long-term reliability is yet to be determined, but I am very impressed thus far. To be clear, I bought this in a hurry (and at a premium) to replace an awful 2023 Tesla Model Y that was an unreliable disaster from the moment I picked it up. The Ioniq 5's build quality is superb, and there wasn't a single flaw or misaligned body panel when I took delivery. In the week that I've driven it, I've been very impressed with the supple ride, the sharp handling and the smooth and plentiful power. It's impressively quiet and the structure feels solid. I will usually charge at home (as will most EV drivers), but as a test, I ran the car down to 10% and went to an Electrify America to test fast charging. It worked very well, and I don't anticipate any problems with it, especially given I'll likely fast charge a few times a year. Yeah, I don't get the Tesla Supercharger network, but that network is useless when your Tesla is broken down and sitting at Tesla Service.

Every aspect of the buying process was top notch. Dave and Gary worked hard for my business and definitely earned it. They were not the closest dealership but worth the trip!

Quiet and rides great. I'm used to a heavy large van and wanted the same ride and comfort in a little smaller vehicle. Love everthing about this car. Fast start if needed with the Turbo charged engine, great mileage, the safety technology is amazing with multiple cameras and sensors, and ease in lowering back seat to add to storage, etc. I dread buying a new vehicle because of dealing with salesman, but Collin Porter at Red Hoagland Hyundai in Winter Haven was the best! His knowledge of the car was amazing. I never felt pressured. I will ask for him for my next car purchase.

I love a couple hours from the dealer, and looking for a specific vehicle and they had it. Took the train up and Simon picked us up from the station. Was only at the dealer for like 30 to 45 minutes and we drove away. There was a couple issues with the vehicle, but with the type of vehicle and the issues were easy to fix. Simon was very nice, the finance was very nice, we didn’t have an issue with the dealer or staff.

It is what I need. Saves a lot of money. It has freedom of gas and money savings of electricity. Maybe not too good for a long drive if you rely on electricity but MPG is good enough to combine for a long trip.

Very comfortable ride. This car has never let me down . It has great gas mileage and some interesting features. USB port in central compartment. In the glove compartment you can cool a drink. It has an A/C lift up button. The second row seats fold down to make a very large trunk. Unfortunately, it was too small to fit my recently acquired dog.

We went there and were treated very well. After test driving our car, Massey bought it for the price we asked for. This was the easiest transaction I ever made.

I wanted a fast coupe style vehicle. It needed to have a V6, have nice body lines, and be decently reliable. This vehicle checked all of those needs with 300 hp to boot. The downsides are limited space, stiff suspension when driving on crap roads, and limited technology.

I just wanted to take a moment to write about my thoroughly pleasant experience with Glen and West Coast Auto Works. Normally I don't write reviews, however since our last car purchase went so smoothly I wanted to write a sentence or two. Glen was very thoughtful about my needs in a vehicle, and not once did I feel pressured during the entire process. I had my baseline wants and budget, and he worked hard alongside me to accommodate. In the end I purchased exactly what was needed at a very fair price ("Excellent Price" according to TrueCar). I'll be looking to Glen and West Coast Auto Works for my next purchase as well. I traded a 2016 Mercedes GLC for an Ioniq 5 AWD Limited version after looking at a 2023 Mercedes EQB and an Audi Q4 E-tron, and the Hyundai is the Merc's equal in refinement, a slight step up from the Audi, and a substantial upgrade in terms of the user interface. It's loaded with convenience, safety, and EV-related technology, and the user interface is straightforward and easy to navigate, considering the wide range of functions that you can control. On the convenience side, it has the usual features fond in "entry-level luxury" cars, like heated seats and a heated steering wheel. It has various buttons for climate control and the radio, both of which are more user-friendly and safer than having to mess with a touch screen while you're driving. The voice recognition works well. The adaptive cruise control is effective and operates smoothly. The safety features cover pretty much everything that's currently available, along with a superb backup camera that has both a backup and overhead view. On the EV side, it has a heat pump to extract heat from the air and use it for heating the cabin, even in very cold weather. That improves winter range, which is about 210 miles at 30F and should be almost 300 at 70F. If you select a charging station in the navigation app 20-30 miles from reaching it, the car can preheat the battery so that it's able to recharge more efficiently. If you''re charging at home, you can set it to start and stop at specific. times to take advantage of off-peak rates, of they're offered by your electric utility. The day I took delivery, I drove in 30F weather from central New Jersey to Boston and need to recharge once, and because the car can accept rapid charging at a Level 3 (DC) charging station, it took only 25 minutes. Minor negatives; It lacks a rear window wiper, which is weird for a CUV or SUV, but it's not as much of a problem as I expected. The stock wiper blades on the windshield wipers are terrible; replace them immediately with Bosch Icon 26/18 wiper blades and you'll be a lot happier. Driving in winter weather with road spray, you may need to wipe off the rear camera once in a while. Apple Car Play requires a cable connection -- it's not wireless, and that too is odd. This car is a like a laptop on wheels - more Apple MacBook than Windows. Watch a couple of Hyundai videos on their website and take the time to set the car up the way you want (door lock options, mirror options, etc.) and make it your own.

THIS CAR HAS BEEN GREAT. 1 MINOR BREAKDOWN THAT WAS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY AND FIXED IN 1 DAY. GETS GOOD GAS MILEAGE AND IS COMFORTABLE FOR BOTH THE DRIVER & PASSENGERS. WE HOPE TO HAVE THIS FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS.

My concern is a report on ABC Good Morning America today that certain Hyundai and KIA autos are are easily stolen because the factory left a device off that will eliminate ease of theft. Some insurance companies are refusing insurance coverage on subject autos. Our 2016 Hyundai Tucson SUV Turbo is very well appointed so we need to know if it may need an added device,

I bought my 2013 Elantra GT new. It was my very first Hyundai car. My passengers were always impressed by the quality build and handsome interior and technology. My only gripe was the 1.8Nu engine. It seemed weak at times. 3 adults and some luggage in the trunk made it sluggish when quick acceleration was needed. If it was just me it was adequate but never quick. I kept it 3 years and put 90,000 trouble free miles on it. Very reliable and good fuel economy. Never had any rattles like so many cars do by 90K. I understand the 2014 got a more powerful engine. But I would recommend this car to anyone needing a reliable used vehicle.

Needing to get a new car right now during the Covid-19 crisis was not ideal to say the least... Worrying about the usual BS of buying a new car is stressful enough! Thank you to Brandon, who, despite having to run the place almost entirely on his own (due to the crisis restrictions), always responded promptly, and professionally, and negotiated a better deal than I could have expected given my circumstances. We dealt mostly over the phone and by email/text to reduce contact while discussing which vehicles I was interested in and what I could afford. I could even joke that I never saw his face since he was wearing a mask and gloves when I came to test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork lol. Out of all of my car buying experiences (being five in total now) this was the most unique, stress free, and enjoyable experience I’ve ever had!

Bought my 2011 Touring with 7,000 miles on it in 2011 as I needed a versatile economical vehicle for mostly around town driving and hauling my canoe and gear. The first thing I noticed was it was not good in snow but took the 17" rims off and replaced them with 15" rims and snow tires and it became a beast in the snow and would put most suv's to shame. The addition of Nokia z lines for summer greatly improved the ride quality with the low profile 17 " alloys. Reliability has been very good with the exception of the transmission which failed around 20k miles and was quickly taken care of by Hyundai at no charge. Since then it has just been routine oil changes and brakes as well as changing the timing belt at the recommended service. Having driven it now for 11 years and an additional 60k miles, I still enjoy the car and see no need to replace it any time soon.

Just bought this car and I'm in love! I've had a few Hyundais and each one I get impresses me more than the last. The car really feels like a high-end sports car for a very modest price. It's very fun and engaging between the driving and design. The customization and drive options are definitely made for enthusiasts. I can't say I have any complaints so far. Let's hope it holds up over time!

2013 Sonata SE, Turbo loaded. I’ve enjoyed driving this car for the past 9, almost 10 years, and plan on driving it for many more years. The only minor complaints is the road noise is a little loud, and the back seat is a bit rough to ride in I hear. I think it’s a great car, and the third Sonata we’ve owned. I’ve had no problems with it.
