Salesperson Dean was easy to work with and was straightforward about others having interest in the car I was interested in. All issues with the car were disclosed in advance. Dealer addressed some expensive items like installing a new windshield. They had a driver pick me up from the airport (I purchased from out of state). Purchase experience was great!

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

Great SUV ! Worth the price! Very comfortable and smooth riding with excellent fuel mileage on the front wheel drive model ! Will look forward to buying another one !

First of all I want to say I have no affiliation with Hyundai. My husband and I have owned Hyundai’s since 1978, Usually upgrading every three years or so. At my age of 69 I have never owned a more reliable car. My current Hyundai is the 2013 Tucson. I absolutely love hi Hyundai and they never drive anything but a Hyundai. 10 out of 10 - Could not be more satisfied with my purchase at this dealership. To summarize, I just purchased a new vehicle I found online 12 days ago from a Grapevine dealership. A beautiful 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Altitude. 6 days after driving it off the lot, I was t-boned and the car was deemed a total loss. With a small window of time to find a replacement, my family and I were on the hunt this past Saturday, 3/8/25. Starting in McKinney and surrounding DFW areas, we visited 6 dealerships, viewed 9 cars, and made a handful of offers/negotiations within approx 9 to 10 hours. While heading to Irving to basically settle for a car that was decent but ultimately not what I wanted, I made one last desperate attempt to find something better and reached out to Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM by Ed Morse. The salesman, Brad answered the phone and I gave him the list of what I was looking for and asked if he had it. In short, he said, no. But, his actual words were "I don't have that, but I have a beautiful Jeep that just arrived and you're going to want to see this. As a matter of fact, if you see this car, I guarantee you're going to drive it off the lot today. You might as well turn around now and come here." I tell you what, he wasn't lying. I did want to see this and I drove off their lot in a gorgeous 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland that blew my 2021 out of the water. Once we left the Irving dealership, we arrived the the Freedom dealership in Sherman 20 minutes after they closed simply due to the commute and last minute call. Brad and Bird were outside eager to greet us, and in no way shape or form seemed in a rush. These gents were kind, friendly, professional, personable, and genuinely wanted to take care of us as the customers, and they excelled at all of it. The entire buying process was seamless and when shopping for future vehicles, they will always be my first stop moving forward. After an exhausting day, just bummed, and having dealt with a lot of salesman who really could have cared less about me and my buying experience, Brad and Bird were true God sends. The entire experience with them felt like getting a little wink from God. Thank you for the outstanding experience. 0 complaints from me, except, why didn't I call sooner?!

Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

Best car I’ve ever owned , it checks of all the box’s , plus the hybrid gives you great gas mileage and surprisingly lots of power . I’m 6ft 3 and fit comfortably and find myself volunteering to drive . Great car

We have a 2022 Limited with 24000 miles. It serves its purpose well with the ability to cary bark dust and as a daily driver. The creature comforts are very nice with the cooled seats and the heated steering wheel. is inexcusable that the top model has a manual passenger seat. The headlights are the worst I have ever driven with.

After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

They were easy to set up the service. Reasonable and quick to get it done. They are not the closest dealer but they made it a easy experience.

I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent.

This car saved my mom’s life. In a five-car accident, she was left spinning and hitting multiple cars. The car’s numerous airbags kept her in place, and the safety figures left her with minor bruises and scratches. The doctors said she’s lucky to be alive. I’ve had the car for two and a half years and only had to replace one part. One note: DO OIL CHANGES; it’s very important for the motor in this car. Loved this car.

Would recommend this car 100 percent to anyone looking for a mid-sized sedan. The only thing that could be changed is a little bit more headroom and I wish my car sat up higher similar to the way an SUV like a Tucson does.

I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

The trunk gets stuck it closed on my fingers. The gas mileage is great and it’s never ran out on gas on me before and the GPS system could use a little work but all in all a good car if you have 2 kiddos.

I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

I love my Elantra. It is a smooth ride and very good on gas. It is reliable and comfortably and definitely affordable. There is plenty of room in the front and back and the trunk is roomy too.

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!
