Bought my 2021 Velo N in Dec of 2020; have had no problems at all with it. I find it considerbly ore entertaining than the 2008 Corvette that I traded in for it. Those who'va haad issues with this car are ones who have modded it. Leave it stock.

I am happy with my Ioniq hybrid. The best thing has been the gas mileage; I get between 40-55 mpg. Definitely enjoying fewer stops at the gas station. When driving, it’s not super speedy off the line, but that is to be expected as I use “eco” mode and not the optional sport mode. I also like the safety features like collision warning, lane assist, and blind spot detection. They make me feel a little better when out on the freeway, like I have another set of eyes. Also 5 star crash safety ratings. I like the style and the hatchback for storage.

Great smooth wonderful ride. So quiet when you drive you can hardly hear the engine running. It gets 55 miles per gallon that is wonderful I am a Uber driver so that saves me tons of gas and money thanks a lot

Had this car the moment it was released in 2018 because I really liked the European “N” version. Had no issues except for a couple of sensors and a rubber engine mount going bad. Recently had the spark plugs changed to keep up the performance. No issues even after being modified either. Great car and probably going to be my “Forever car”.

it's quick, cheap, easy to work on, and handles great. the perfect entry-level hot hatch, or even sports car. don't go into this car expecting comfort or luxury, that's not what it's about.

The only problem I'm having with this car the power windows on the driver side and the passenger side in the windshield washer motor I'm not are not working properly otherwise the car works very well and drives well and I have no other problems

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. Currently being a teen driver who takes his car to the track, and daily drives it, I can without a doubt say this is the best car I’ve driven. I have the veloster turbo, and have driven many sports cars and hatchbacks but all are either too performance based or too comfort based. The veloster is the sweet middle ground. The safety systems are amazing, with the forward collision warning saving me multiple times, especially with people in austin loving to brake check... this car on the performance side, held its ground against a Porsche 718 on track, and for less than 1/4 the price, id say it’s a pretty good deal! It’s also very friendly on gas, and maintenance is very well priced as well! Love this car and would definitely buy again

I purchased my car used. It was a trade-in to a Toyota dealer in San Antonio, Texas. It started off as a rental in Florida and I am the 3rd individual to own it. It has been an overall good car. But, the AC control knob that controls the fan speed has gotten stuck om low. I can still control the temp, but on cold mornings, it takes forever to defrost the windows, and om hot days, forever to cool the car. Also, there are times the screen that shows the back-up camera doesn't work. There are big-time blind spots with this car, so the camera is necessary. When the screen goes out, so does the radio. I am unable to turn it on, no volume, or changing stations. It's as if there is no radio at all. I thought at first I may need a new control knob, but now I am thinking there may be a wiring problem... such as a disconnect exfed or burned wire. I don't think it's a fuse. If so, it wouldn't work at all. Any suggestions?

Bought a 2014 Accent new, had it for 5 years and 60,000 miles. Someone hit me and totaled it but during the time I owned it I never had one mechanical problem, only routine except for the bubbling tint on back window which seems to be a common problem with Hyundai. Just bought a 2017 Accent and couldn’t be happier.

OMG!!! I purchased a car from here about two years ago PERFECT low mileage no issues. Someone hit me and totaled the car out. I was definitely thinking about getting another auto from them since the process was smooth and there were no issues. Now after reading this I don't think I am going to go through with a purchase.

I began financing this vehicle November of 2021, and it’s been going ever since. The only issue I had with it so far was an engine misfire, new spark plug and coil and I was back on the road. This car is also very fuel efficient and I rarely have to fill up twice in the same week. I don’t recommend using eco mode as I found it ate up more fuel than it was suppose to. The interior is comfortable and spacious, making it easy to load in large grocery runs with the back seats down. The front seats are the most comfortable but are not the worse. I love the sleek look of the exterior and the front grill. Overall this vehicle has been very reliable and worth the money! As a first time Korean car owner (my last car being a Lexus) I will definitely be sticking with Hyundai for the long haul!

i have purchased two slightly used cars from AUTOMAX. love them. when i bought them they were 8,000 miles. Now my 2nd car is about 164900 miles. i will get the third car from them again.

For the price, I couldn't have made a better choice. This car has ventilated and heated seats, and all the bells and whistles available at that time. Had I purchased one of its competitors, I would have paid much more for what this car has. It has been a reliable vehicle as I have had all regular maintenance completed. I have only had to replace tires, battery, and take in for one or two recalls over the years. I'm passing it on to my graduate that's how safe I believe he will be.

I leased the 2018 Hyundai Elantra GT in 2018 and purchased the car when the lease was up April 2022. So far, I can say that I have not had any trouble with the car - its performance, etc. In todays market it would have been foolish of me to give up this car because the pay off was amazing and I only had 18,000 miles on the car.
