I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

I have purchased multiple Subaru's in my lifetime including 2 from Boardman. My Sales experience at Boardman was much better than the other dealership, but what has impressed me the most is the amazing customer service I receive from the Service Department. Service Director Scott Ceratti and his team are hands down second-to-none and the absolute best. My regular Service Writer Joe Ferro always makes sure I'm getting the right level of service required to keep my car in top shape including ensuring I have the latest software updates to my radio (control center) that I may not have been aware of. They are truly the best and can't imagine making a purchase or taking my Subaru anywhere else.

We’ve put 85,000 miles on our Santa Fe, including a trip from Maryland to Idaho and Utah, and have consistently been happy happy with it. It’s needed no work/repairs, other than routine maintenance.

First of all, I want to mention how great atmosphere they have at YALCARS. Very clean, all organized, unexpectedly very professional which you do not see at a small dealership. My husband and I were treated great. They answered all our questions and also worked with our own bank. They let us drive the vehicle off the lot with a bank letter. I am glad to find them. When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.

We just purchased our 4th vehicle from them and they are super to work with. They answer all of our questions (we're old....we have a lot of questions!). Can't say enough good things about them...they all are very personable and professional. I will definitely recommend them.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

I've had Santa Fe 2015 for 10 years now. Last week my mom went on a long 4 hour drive trip. There was a big dumb on the ground and she fell on it. The car was flipped 6 times but guess what? I videocalled my mom in an hour and she was fine with just a bruise on her wrist. Imagine keep flipping 6 times and not having a scratch. This car saved my mom's life.

Justin Coulter went way out of his way to find in a new Blazer. This is our second Blazer from Justin. Our 23 was total out. Just is a great salesman and an around good guy. Our finance rep was Greg Fonda who has always treated us great.

The only thing is there is a space between the seat back and the seat, if you put something small on the passenger seat it can slice and end up on the floor of the back seat.

Nice looking vehicle goes good in the snow but the 2.4 liter motor is junk I had to get mine replaced overall very reliable suv.

They were efficient and helpful. I believe my deal was competitive, and the used truck that I bought was in great shape.

Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

Best buying experience ever. Used Smartpath and found the Rav4 Plug in Hybrid and the date it would arrive. All the numbers were done thru text. Afterward, Kevin kept me informed about status of vehicle. When it came in, they picked me up at the Pittsburgh airport. Had me in/out and on the road pretty quick. I had already filled out credit app on their website. All paperwork was ready to go. Car was cleaned, inside showroom and ready to hit the road. Kevin and his team did everything right. Couldn't be happier. 5 stars from start to finish.

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

Car gurus when you’re doing a search looks everywhere. Including Ohio. I was sent an email from the Internet manager Julia W and then called by a sales person. Brennan went out of his way to get me the details I needed in order for me to make a trip to Ohio and purchase a truck and then drive it home. In the meantime, I found a truck one state away, rather than seven states away, and I made a decision to purchase in Connecticut. I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

After searching the western/upstate NY area for a used truck and not finding what I was looking for, I ended up finding a few near each other in NE Ohio. One of those was here at Haasz. I got hooked up with Geno. Fantastic guy! Had the truck waiting for me, and tossed me the keys for a test ride the second I hit the lot. As it turned out, one of the trucks at another dealer was better suited for me - no reflection on Geno or his manager Justin. Had a great conversation with them, and though they really wanted to sell me their truck, they certainly didn’t make it an overly pressured, uncomfortable, or distasteful experience, and understood where I was coming from. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the ride down there again to do business with them…5 hours away!

I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent.

We made an appointment to come in and look at the Telluride - he had it all ready to test drive when we walked in. Every step was smooth and he always goes above and beyond. We live in PA and the dealership handled all of the paperwork for us, except for the inspection - PA won't let anyone else do that. I just got a 2022 Kona Limited after having a 2015 Golf for years. I like all safety features and comfort items. The steering wheel is stiffer than I am used to and think that is due to lane assist. I haven't figured out why the nav system doesn't talk, but it must be a setting issue. I used a Garmin unit for nav in past, but Kona's screen is much better. Some people say the space is small, but just fine for me. Overall, i like the Kona
