I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

As usual, he took very good care of me, which was helping me to pick out the vehicle I wanted and what features I wanted inside and out. Will is always available to help me no matter what the issue is. He goes above and beyond to make your experience (whether you are leasing or buying) efficient, effective and drama free. The entire Jim Coleman Team was fantastic. I would highly recommend this dealership and my salesperson/sales manager Will Lang to anyone looking to lease or purchase a Cadillac. The finance portion with Stew Mallon (Finance Manager) was also a breeze. He made you feel at ease while transacting your final step.

I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

I visited Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly for service on my 2023 Tucson. It was easy to get an appointment. I was received in the service area quickly and informed of the service I would receive. I was notified of the progress of my service and other recommendations via text. The Service Technician was efficient and knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

The staff was very helpful. We came to look at the car on one day and were able to see a similar car and get information. The staff kept in contact and when we were ready to buy they found the specific car we wanted.

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

Very professional and welcoming sales staff, especially Maren, which is who I worked with. Not at all pushy, and was respectful of my wishes in a car and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Finance department was very helpful and personable. The entire experience from start to finish was warm and welcoming. I felt appreciated and respected.

I bought Tucson 2023 and I salesman was Chris Gipson. Chris is a charming, respectful and very knowledgeable person, he will explain everything about the vehicle and will let you to make a decision, he is not pushing you but he will encourage you to make a right decision. Negative: somuch cabin noise with all windows closed sounds like window open (75-85 decibels). Can feel and hear every little bump especially on rough road. Noise rear of car found out recall for shock bracket problem ended replacing both shocks and all shock brackets and told this will have to be done again when Hyundai comes out with new recall. Positive: very big and comfortable cooled ventilated seats. Nice instrument panel easy to use and see. Nice ride other than mentioned above. A/C real cool works great in 100 plus degrees outside. Excellent camera parking featured front and rear plus 360 degree view. Excellent sound system. Electric third row up/down feature helpful. Second row captain seats heated, cooled and separate AC controls.

Arrive at Safford was easy to schedule and friendly staff and car was ready in time.

The interior is very nice and comfortable and nice stero system heating car seats and sterling wheel heats up .Just wish would took more time on other parts of car like oxygen sensor and emission system problem with gas cap

We have owned our 22’ Palisade for 2 years now and have had some issues but nothing to major. The biggest thing was when it was at the dealership for a cracked radiator. After reading online it was more common than I thought and was happening to other Palisade owners. The only other complaint that I really have is an SUV at this price should have power folding mirrors and have less road noise. Would I buy another one? I’m not sure how to answer that I think it would have been a better investment to go with a Toyota 4Runner.

Safford Jeep service department always exceeds my expectations with efficient, expert service, and friendly, courteous treatment. We traded in our Genesis G80 for this. Love everything about it except it doesn't have power mirrors. Both the Genesis and Palisade have unpleasant interior smells, but as air circulates, the odor is gone.

I found the sales experience to be excellent. Both my sales person and sales manager were engaging, helpful and honest in their approach. I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

These reviews are so surprising. It seems the newer cars are treated better than the older models, which is not good. I bought my Accent at Alexandria Hyundai, used, but not serioiusly (4,000) miles. Each appointment was different as far as customer service. Sometimes it was ready early, sometimes much later than promised, and other times right on time. The trick is not to leave a message with the receptionist or someone else in maintenance. Go right to the dealership manager. If they are not available right then, ask again and again to see the manager until you see them. Remember this is Covid-19 season. All services are delayed or forgotten from time to time. Services are overbooked and tempers are frayed. As far as MY Accent? Everything was taken care of, I got phone calls, the manager was so helpful and I will be replacing my Accent within the year for a newer model. I bought my beautiful 2007 light blue car with 4,000 miles. I now have 104,044 miles and the car runs like a champ! I've gotten major, expected repairs done on time and oil changes faithfully.. Don't give up on Alexandria Hyundai. Just know who to talk to. Like any other business. You'll get more accomplished with the Managers. If not, change dealers - just make sure to give them a chance to make it better. Happy New Year!

This is my First time ever buying a Hyundai I sold a Acura RDX and purchased the Hyundai Santa Fe. I have no complaints. My Acura had everything in it and so do my Santa Fe. The difference is my Santa Fe is very comfortable and I really love it. As of now I have no complaints.

When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.

I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy in December 2023 and as of now (April 2024) have almost 4,000 miles on the car. Overall mpg is 20.0 (driving 90% of the time just local streets @ 30 to 40 mph). I've noticed when I drive it on the expressway for 15 or 20 miles I get considerably better mileage. Knock on wood, but so far I've not found one defect in the car. I think you do get a lot of car for the money. Lots of room with a comfortable ride. Good headlights. HVAC seems to work well. I'm suprised how well the ventilated seats work. Decent acceleration. Good electronics. Reasonably quiet and smooth ride. Good visibility out of the vehicle with a good driver seat position. Good rear seat leg room (captain chairs). Digital Key works well with my iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7. Only miss is no power-folding mirrors. Can't yet comment on the complimentary Hyundai service as the car is not yet ready for it's first service appointment.

Very comfortable, very solid feeling, love my Santa Fe PHEV, around town get about 88 mp gallon, often much more. Some controls confusing, especially heat/AC; buttons and dials would be better than touch screen. Would like forward drive gear button to be in front with rear behind, a safety issue.
