He explained all the options for financing as well as the available extended coverages with clarity and confidence. All of the options were described honestly and I developed a nice rapport with him. I could tell he takes pride in his work and he earned my trust. Overall experience: Sales Manager Ricky J. was outstanding. At the time of my purchase I was looking at/comparing another vehicle from a different dealership and I was upfront about this. What really solidified my decision to purchase from Jim Shorkey was Ricky's flexibility in giving me a more than fair value for my trade in. I can tell this dealership has a customer centric focus where positivity and team work are at the core of what they do. I have purchased numerous General Motors vehicles and this experience ranks at the top!

I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

This was my first time stopping out at this dealership, but certainly won’t be the last. They treated me like an absolute PRINCESS!!! It’s been a few years since I went car shopping so wasn’t sure exactly what to expect. Stopped out at a few store before them and either the other stores didn’t have any cars, pushy sales people and the last one I went to not one person even greeted me!!!! At Century 3 I was immediately greeted by Troy and he introduced me to the Manager Josh and honestly it was just a really comfortable buying experience. Troy answered all of my questions which I had a lot of them, hahahaha but he was honestly really knowledgeable when it came to not only Kia’s but other brands as well that I was comparing them too. Long story short, everyone I interacted with was A+, LOVEEEEE my new Sportage and will definitely stop back for service, not to mention my next car purchase.

This is on a 2004 Sonota that has 191,000 miles. I bought it new and it has never been back to the dealership for a warranty issue. It has 2.7 v-6 and doesn’t use any oil between oil changes. This by far has been the best car I have ever owned. Good gas mileage, I’m 6’3” and has plenty of leg room. Yes I would buy another.

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

Nice looking vehicle goes good in the snow but the 2.4 liter motor is junk I had to get mine replaced overall very reliable suv.

Bought this new, never had any major issues mechanically. I take care to give it regular oil changes with synthetic. The nav has gotten laggy so I don't bother with it anymore and stick with my phone. I've also noticed the TPMS sensors seem more sensitive lately, so it annoyingly warns me about low tire pressure, even when it's not that bad yet. This blocks the screen telling me avg. mpg, so I have to fill it up I can't just ignore it for awhile. Other than that I still love driving it, it's quick enough for me and fun to drive around town. I was expecting to change cars much early especially with the warranty now over, but I'm going to stick with it for a few more years.

The service staff are very kind and helpful. I cannot say anything about the sales side of things, because I have not used them. I have had problems with my car, and ended up needing a new engine (which Hyundai provided). The service staff were helpful at that time. This visit was simply for an oil change. They were kind and friendly to myself, and to everyone who walked through the door.

We’ve put 85,000 miles on our Santa Fe, including a trip from Maryland to Idaho and Utah, and have consistently been happy happy with it. It’s needed no work/repairs, other than routine maintenance.

The Service Team at Cochran Hyundai of Monroeville is the reason I am driving my third Hyundai. I called Dale due to a headlight on my Tucson being burned out. He was very quick to schedule me to come in at my convenience. The Team goes above and beyond to complete any task the customer is in need of. Again, this is my third Hyundai and someday I will no doubt have my fourth purchased at Cochran Hyundai of Monroeville.

I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

The dealership was very responsive to an emergency situation I experienced with my car. Without an appointment and only a short time before closing they were kind enough to replace my battery when mine died while traveling to my home from out of state! They were fast efficient and the cost was minimum. Thanks for the great work. I highly recommend them for their cost and efficiency.

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

Every time I take my vehicle to #1 Cochran to get it serviced I am amazed at the professionalism and the genuine Customer Care. Every service is explained and the wait time is minimal. I purchased my vehicle at the West Liberty Ave location and each time upon exiting the facility my vehicle is washed. Kudos to # 1 Cochran

The concierge was very helpful. The car was finished on time, the issue was fixed without problem, and the dealership washed the car before returning. I would rate the service department as excellent.

I bought my car as used from the dealer. I have had no issues so far with it. The radio and heater work better than my old Toyota Corolla.

When I put my car in for engine service, I had to rent a loaner for 2 weeks. While signing papers at the Service Desk to pick up my repair, I mentioned that Enterprise was going to charge me an additional $75.00 for leaving the rental unit at the dealership, and not dropping it off back to Enterprise, (due to timing restraints on my end).  As I was leaving the lot, my phone rang - it was Garrett! He stated they thought it was unfair for me to have to pay that extra $75.00, and that he and his co-workers would take it upon themselves to see to it that the vehicle would be returned to rental company lot, and there by saving me that added expense.

Recently purchased a used/leased 2019 Tucson and wanted a stable safe vehicle. For a single person this compact SUV is great. comfortable ride, enough cargo space for groceries. As a metro driver the gas mileage is on par with other vehicles. test drove a crossover and was not happy with the bumpy ride nor the cargo area. Checked having fun with this car, but it is really an about town for errands car.

Johnny and Adam are THE BEST!!!! I bought my first Subaru Forrester there 10 years ago. But my experience today at was.....I have NO words to explain how awesome they both were. They were SO helpful with EVERYTHING. I hated to let my Forrester go, but it was time. 😟 Those are two of the greatest guys OMG.....They had us feeling relaxed. I have never had so much fun buying a car. Both Johnny and Adam had us laughing the whole time. And again, who laughs at a time when you HAVE to get another vehicle. I don't! But I did! Owned our Sonata since October 2017, and it had 38k on it. Now it just clicked over 100k and it's been a great car so far! On a good day, I can get up to 44 MPG and about 25 city. Power is good (2.4 engine), tackles inclines well, and keeps up with traffic. Interior is well thought out and fairly comfortable. We just came back from a 3,300 mile summer road trip and had absolutely no issues! I do all my own maintenance which means it gets meticulously maintained. My #1 complaint is oil consumption. PLEASE CHECK YOUR OIL REGULARLY. If not, you can kiss your engine goodbye! Only issues I've had were two dead batteries but other than routine maintenance, I can believe that this car will achieve 200,000 miles! Take care of your car and it will take care of you!

Not a bad vehicle the 2.4 liter motor is junk but Hyundai will replace it with a better motor the interior is nice overall its a sharp looking vehicle. But I will not buy another Hyundai with the garbage 2.4 liter gdi motor in it. The replacement motor is better. It's a good suv for the snow. Very reliable SUV.

Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.

this is now.my fourth hyundai sante fe and I love them. they drive nice and are good.on gas mileage. Honestly we bought one with 12 miles and maybe 4 years later had 289000 miles on it and the only thing it ever need was a starter and of course oil and brakes. car was still running perfectly when I traded it.in fearing with that kind of mileage the transmission might go and I was still paying for the car. my 2017 is the only one I've had any issue with and that was due to the engine recall. would definitely buy another hyundai sante fe in the future
