I went into the dealership after having found a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport online that I was interested in. I knew the range of what my trade was worth and knew what I wanted for it, I also knew what I wanted to pay per month. I told Kevin I was on a tight schedule and had about an hour and really just wanted them to appraise my trade first since that would be the deciding factor for me. Kevin got right on gathering the trade info to hand of to Tom. He then showed me the Hyundai and we went for a short ride. When we got back he went and talked to Tom and then presented me with the numbers. He offered me an amount very close to the top of the trade in value on my car which was exactly what I'd hoped for, and estimated payments right where I wanted them to be. I left while they submitted the deal to banks. Kevin quickly contacted me and let me know I was approved, my payment was right where I wanted it and the interest rate was where I was comfortable. I went down the next day and signed paper work. Everyone I worked with was very prompt and organized, no one at any point was pushy and there was none of the traditional back and forth bargaining and giving me numbers that were unacceptable. Kevin actually made the 3hr drive up to NH to deliver the car to me. Overall I was extremely pleased with the dealership as a whole, as well as the way everyone involved treated me. No games, very straight forward and very conscious of what I said I wanted and didn't want.
