The BMW Murray Service Department. Hands down. Jeris Oberle, Jan Lukas, and Adam Black (the tire expert) are the finest and most reliable service advisors at this dealership. The advisors are always courteous and diligent. I trust them with the technical details of my vehicle and they follow through every service item to completion. They provide excellent customer service with complete transparency throughout the process in order to achieve complete customer satisfaction. Their focus was on the customer's best interests and they were very helpful in the most difficult of circumstances. My car has to be taken for service a long way from my work, but they are always prompt in scheduling my appointment and getting me on the road. We’ve put 85,000 miles on our Santa Fe, including a trip from Maryland to Idaho and Utah, and have consistently been happy happy with it. It’s needed no work/repairs, other than routine maintenance.

Scott, the salesman was very patient , learned what I wanted, showed my options of several cars. Not pushy at all. All other employees were helpful and polite .

We have the Sport Limited Turbo 2.0 in white. Power is good. But, sometimes it seems like the turbo isn't boosting as you're getting on the throttle. Stock tires are noisy, so we put some quiet Michelins on and it helps a lot. Interior-wise, the Nav panel and controls is really something to be desired. It just plains stinks. I'd love to have the newer radio/Nav display that the KIA's have. Trunk is very spacious and leather seats are comfortable. Overall, it's great for long trips (33 mpg on the interstate driving 77mph) and it's a nice looking car. Not as cool as our son's 2022 KIA K5 GT-line, though!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Murdock Hyundai. Chase and Jorge were the associates that assisted me with the purchase of an Elantra in 2021 and a Santa Cruz in 2025. They were both exceptional. Nice looking vehicle goes good in the snow but the 2.4 liter motor is junk I had to get mine replaced overall very reliable suv.

This car saved my mom’s life. In a five-car accident, she was left spinning and hitting multiple cars. The car’s numerous airbags kept her in place, and the safety figures left her with minor bruises and scratches. The doctors said she’s lucky to be alive. I’ve had the car for two and a half years and only had to replace one part. One note: DO OIL CHANGES; it’s very important for the motor in this car. Loved this car.

For the price, I couldn't have made a better choice. This car has ventilated and heated seats, and all the bells and whistles available at that time. Had I purchased one of its competitors, I would have paid much more for what this car has. It has been a reliable vehicle as I have had all regular maintenance completed. I have only had to replace tires, battery, and take in for one or two recalls over the years. I'm passing it on to my graduate that's how safe I believe he will be.

Currently own a 2018 Santa Fe Sport base model and now has 115k miles on it. I have know major issues a d maintenance cost have been reasonable. I hope to get another 115k off it.

I bought my car as used from the dealer. I have had no issues so far with it. The radio and heater work better than my old Toyota Corolla.

Not a bad vehicle the 2.4 liter motor is junk but Hyundai will replace it with a better motor the interior is nice overall its a sharp looking vehicle. But I will not buy another Hyundai with the garbage 2.4 liter gdi motor in it. The replacement motor is better. It's a good suv for the snow. Very reliable SUV.

Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

Having already formed a budget for a desired amount and left room for more incase my wife wanted more. We left with more vehicle than we were expecting and kept it right near my desired amount. Far lower than our max.

I don't actually own one myself but my dad just recently purchased one. They have always been one of my favorite cars. My dad's genesis has a lot of bells and whistles but I don't no if he got the ones that are fully loaded..but it does have the panaromic moon roof..memory driver seat and steering wheel. All the back windows have shades on the windows. Trunk has human sensory to automatically open...I think it has auto start and all the lane sensors...touch screen .. lexicon sound system...it's the 3.8 V6 model not the 5.0 V8. It drives so smooth and is very quiet. You hardly even hear the doors when you shut them. Plus my dad got it for a great price. Hope when he gets older and can't really drive anymore that he passes it down to me. I've always liked the genesis.. especially the ones that only have the Genesis emblem on the hood and trunk and not the older ones that had the Hyundai emblem on the back and said Genesis also on it. If your like me and your into the nice sleek luxury smooth riding sedans then I most definitely recommend the Genesis and try to get one that comes with some of the cool luxury upgrades on/in it. Trust me you won't be disappointed.

I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. I have owned Sonata hybrid for 11 years without any issues. Car still runs great like new. It still looks stylish after more than a decade. I will get another Hyundai hybrid.
