I just wanted to take a few moments to share my experience buying a vehicle from Lending Group Auto for my son, who just turned 16. When shopping for a car, it's hard to find a good car at a reasonable price. It's even harder to find people that demonstrate integrity… after all it’s the car business. Today I hit the jack pot and couldn’t be happier. I found a GREAT car at a GREAT price! And Jesse and Halim were absolutely outstanding to work with. Their professionalism, honesty and dedication to customer service made this a 5-STAR experience for me. No games, no B.S, and the vehicle was beautiful. All of the cars on their lot looked very nice and well-kept. Their show room was immaculate. I have been car shopping for weeks and test drove many cars from other lots. I could not believe how some of these other cars looked. But not at Lending Group Auto. My car was in excellent condition. They have pride in their vehicles and care a lot about their reputation. They also know the market well and price their cars competitively. But it was the professionalism of Jesse and Halim that really stood out for me. They went above and beyond and I am very grateful for their help. I’ve only had the car for a few hours but I’m confident I purchased a great car at a great price. I will absolutely refer everyone I know to Jesse and Kalim and I will return to Lending Group Auto when I’m in the market for another car. Thank you guys!

I have a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.5 turbo. I have driven this vehicle for 22500 miles with absolutely no problems rides great and gets 30 plus miles per gallon highway

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

M&S Auto is a fantastic place to pick up a used vehicle. This post might get a bit long, so be warned about that. I had already been to 4 other local dealerships, Mostly the big brands. Honda x2, Toyota, and Volvo. I had almost an entire small notebook worth of notes on every car I had seen so far, but I was getting really tired of the whole process and I was ready to just call the whole vehicle search off. I stumbled on the M&S website at 7am, found a really nice Honda at a really nice price. I called them around 9:45am and told them I was coming to check out the car. I showed up 15 minutes later and they had already pulled the car out front, ready to go for review and a test drive. Brian was my sales guy, and let me tell you, this guy knows how to make the entire process completely stress free. I don't know whether it was because I showed up with a notebook, or because he just read me correctly or what, but he let the car do all of the talking, he answered every question I could possibly ask, and was up front about the entire process when I inquired about a trade in. At no point in the entire process did I ever feel any pressure, any manipulation, or any rapid fire double speak questions trying to get a feel for my budget. He was not pushing a sale onto me, we were working it out together. I can not emphasize enough how different that experience was to the other places I had been to. I had already completely walked away from 1 sale after the financing negotiations got hostile, so to have this level of meeting me on the same level, treating me like an equal really stood out to me. Brian was both my sales guy AND the guy that ran through my financing with me. This was also a big plus because I did not feel like I was being handed off to some finance sleezeball, instead Brian and I had already developed a certain amount of rapport and trust through the inspection and test drive process. The final thing I want to mention : I was standing out front for a long time during this whole process, and what I saw was that this dealership is a good place for people whom English might not be there first language. They had representatives for Spanish speaking customers and I believe one of the sales people I met was Slavic, so I bet they could accommodate almost anyone. 9/10 Buying Experience Would highly recommend to those looking for a used vehicle at a fair price.

I could not of asked for a smoother car buying experience. If you are in the market to buy a Hyundai. Go see my Girl Dia. She has been absolutely fabulous. I bought a 2023 Kona EV. I LOVE it. Did you know that ev cars have 2 batteries? Well I didn?t. So apparently when the cars are shipped they are not fully charged. And while my car was plugged in to charge the big one. The other one was not fully charged. An honest mishap not a big deal. Had the new whip brought in and they took care of it Lickaty split. Dia has been so helpful with this since I live in Sacramento and the dealership is in Vacaville it?s like I was there She took care of everything for me with the service dept. and by the way they are wonderful Buddy is the man I have been coming here for years with my other car (Tucson) for oil changes and other things it needed. I?m very happy with the service from all of them in the service dept. Buddy, Logan and Matt. Ok so now back to Dia. She is everything you want to deal with when buying a car. You don?t get that shifty trying to talk you into getting something you don?t want or even need. I still have that feeling of wow I can?t believe I don?t feel like I got ?F? over feeling. I have bought 5 brand new cars in my life so far and this has been the best experience so far. The last time was when I bought my 1995 Honda Civic hatch back. I like to research my cars before I buy them and along with a friend of mine we loooooooked at a lot of ev cars and the Kona just fit me. I think all other dealerships should take a good lesson from Vacaville Hyundai. They all are so easy to talk to and you actually feel like your at your families house when your there. A big contributing factor in choosing the Hyundai brand was my previous experience with two different Elantra that I had a 2007 and a 2015. Both my mom and sister have driven only the Hyundai brand for the last 20 years or so with good results. My interest in the hybrid vehicle has been around since the Ford Escape came out. In 2021 I finally had the right circumstances to purchase one a Ford Escape. Last year a major recall occurred there was no way to solve the issue. So I traded it in for a 2024 Tucson Hybrid the NLine Trim. Both vehicles are similarly equipped. My only two dislike about the Tucson it lacks a place to store your eye glasses in. The other item is the shift arrangement it’s a push button type thing I prefer a wheel type selector that was in the Escape or the old fashion way. I still have under 2000 miles on the Tucson. Before purchasing it I did some read some of the reviews. Some mention the gasoline mileage as a concern. Comparing the two hybrid vehicles I still fill up once a month and probably get the same amount of gas. My commute is about 20 minutes one way. There seems to be more storage capacity in the Tucson. Both vehicles do not have a spare tire and have that fix a flat type of deal. The back up camera works great both during the day and night. Over all it’s a great vehicle. I would recommend it.

I was able to drive some card and liked them but they didn't have exactly what I wanted. The salesperson is still looking for me though and stays in in contact. I like that

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

Fast response and friendly service. Only concern was not understanding why they wouldn’t offer used EV rebate as point of sale. Not sure if car was ineligible or if they just didn’t want to offer it. Otherwise great, easy to get to place

This is a great car for the money. Has many very advanced features. Are a few MINOR dislikes however. Key FOB is way too large and the backup "Key" is not part of the FOB but rather an attachment. Center console feels too high and out of place. Always pressing the buttons on it by mistake. Lighting on the HVAC temp knobs much too dim. No manual control for EV mode. No sunglass holder. Use of battery for EV mode is way too conservative. May be good for battery life but not good for mileage. These are minor flaws which could be corrected but overall I am very pleased with the car.

Recently purchased a used/leased 2019 Tucson and wanted a stable safe vehicle. For a single person this compact SUV is great. comfortable ride, enough cargo space for groceries. As a metro driver the gas mileage is on par with other vehicles. test drove a crossover and was not happy with the bumpy ride nor the cargo area. Checked having fun with this car, but it is really an about town for errands car.

I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent.

Driven almost 2700 miles in over month after purchase. I bought the Blue line, which is considered the base model Hybrid. This is my 1st Hyundai and hybrid.The underdog of compact SUV’s. Best value for the money compared to Toyota and Honda for what it comes with. Exterior looks, in my opinion is aggressive and I like it. Also a bit more roomier for occupants and cargo. It may have a little less mpg than those 2 but it makes up for it in HP and torque. The tech it comes with is easy to navigate and screen is responsive when navigating the menus. Apple car play and Android auto is easy to connect and use. The transition between electric and gas is fairly smooth. I am getting 37mpg so far not too far off their 38mpg claim and with a quarter tank left I get over 300+ miles. I feel that it is better in handling as well. Steering feels tighter as well. Interior feel is very good with the materials used, doesn’t feel like cheap plastic. Only gripe I have is I wish they provided air vents for the wireless charging pad and the phone holder pad on the dash. Give this SUV a chance, I have. Also has the best warranty on the market.

THIS CAR HAS BEEN GREAT. 1 MINOR BREAKDOWN THAT WAS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY AND FIXED IN 1 DAY. GETS GOOD GAS MILEAGE AND IS COMFORTABLE FOR BOTH THE DRIVER & PASSENGERS. WE HOPE TO HAVE THIS FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS.

Really love the mileage. It is small but the mightiest little car 🚗 i could imagine. It really is a two people car because of the size. But you will love it.

Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.
