Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

On June 1, 2022 I took my 20 yo daughter, who is home for the summer from College, to update her 2005 SUV. We had some specific needs in a vehicle for her, but still needed to keep it at a reasonable price, (never hurts to hope, lol). When I told our Sales consultant, Gene Bolek, he went right to work and found exactly what we asked for and more! Having done my research, I know the prices at Allen Turner Hyundai have their competitors beat hands down, so much so, not only did my daughter drive out of there, completely ecstatic, in her immaculate 2018 Santa Fe, BUT I drove out of there in MY new 2022 Santa Cruz!!!! Went for one, left with two! And we left with complete understanding of our new auto's from front-to-back/side-to-side. The attention, patience, and superb service we received, from start to finish, from Mr. Bolek, Kim Douglas-Appelberg (Sales Manager) & Jami Baker (Finance Manager) was beyond anything I expected or have experienced in my past auto shopping/purchases, and was a positive experience for my daughters first time. Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

Bought a Genesis GV70. My salesperson, Carl, was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful. Vince, the finance person was very pleasant to work with. Buying a second car there today for my daughter. Far better experience here than my previous numerous purchases from dealer in South Alabama.

Great vehicle! Smooth ride, great mileage, love the display screen and all the built in features. Love the built in wireless carplay, wireless, charging and USB-C ports in both front and back seats!

I went to Allen Turner Hyundai just to start looking at cars not really ready to buy just yet, but in a couple of days I was driving away in a new kona limited. The car is wonderful but the good service from Dean Sinibaldi was the reason I felt comfortable enough with my decision. Dean was very knowledgeable and sooo helpful. He was very kind and listened to all my questions and let me know I could call anytime I needed help with anything concerning my kona. I have already told several friends if they are thinking of buy a car to check out allen Turner Hyundai and ask for Dean Sinibaldi because I'm sure they will have a good experience.

I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

It came to pass that I purchased a red 2023 Sante Fe Penmanship. Oops, sorry, Calligraphy. My very nice and capable salesperson, Michelle West, showed me a huge number of cars, well, a large number, well, a bunch, well, some, well, a few, well one or two, well, one. But, that’s the one I wanted to see and the one I bought! It gave me a frisson! I then learned that the purchase of the Calligraphy awarded me membership in the American Penmanship Expert Society (APES). On the front desk, Marci’s eyes were still moist (Allergies?) from my Sante Fe purchase four years ago. Kim Douglas did her usual hocus-pocus to lock down a price acceptable to all. And I got a pinstripe (Penmanship stripe?}, which was appropriate. Next, I entered the inner sanctum of Steven, the finance guy, who proceeded to retrieve the contracts from the back of the bottom drawer of an old, beat up filing cabinet. Their writing was old and dim, with Latin words and sentences – fragments from old Monkish legends – sprinkled in. By that time, my penmanship had improved greatly, so I signed the contracts with a flourish. (Well, OK, with a PEN.) I applaud all the folks I dealt with. Five Gold stars all around! I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

Awesome experience! We just went to look at a preowned Subaru at Pensacola Honda. Once we arrived Michael Cupp was quick to greet us and get us on a test drive. He was prompt in answering any questions we threw at him and even was compassionate in dealing with me and my nerves. My husband has worked 25+ years in the automotive industry, we have bought numerous cars/motorcycles over the past 30 years, at places we have worked and other dealers. This experience was by far the most pleasant we have ever experienced, even going as far as having things replaced that I would have never noticed. We love our little 2015 Tucson! Perfect size! The car just wraps around me when I get into the driver’s seat. Great little runabout! It is Red and the 2015 Tucson is the most beautiful shade of bright RED! Adorable and substantial car.

Currently own a 2018 Santa Fe Sport base model and now has 115k miles on it. I have know major issues a d maintenance cost have been reasonable. I hope to get another 115k off it.

The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.
