Had my night for 16 months, no problems, wicked fast with the turbo. Great combination of truck, suv and sports car. 25 mpg around town, over 30 on some highway trips. Comfortable ride with all the new stuff, phone projection, lane departure, driver assist, etc. Hyundai dealerships suck, I do most of the maintence myself.

We have a 2022 Limited with 24000 miles. It serves its purpose well with the ability to cary bark dust and as a daily driver. The creature comforts are very nice with the cooled seats and the heated steering wheel. is inexcusable that the top model has a manual passenger seat. The headlights are the worst I have ever driven with.

I bought new 2025 Yukon at Woody. It's second time I bought a car there and will never look for other GMC dealership. My favorite salesman - Brian is the best. It's always available when i need him. Quite quick and nice purchasing procedure. New car came with more features so I needed a lot of explanations and Brian knew everything and explained it to me. If you are looking for BEST place for new GMC and the BEST place to service your car - Woody GMC is your place and Brian is your salesman !

Purchased the XRT model of this vehicle and are disappointed that it doesn't even include Homelink, and wish that it had memory seat settings. Also, not sure if side step assist is helpful. I like an SUV and my husband likes a pickup truck, and this was a happy medium for both of us.

Purchased a used 2022 Santa Cruz with 25,000 miles. So far it’s the best vehicle I’ve owned. For starters, it’s a beautiful looking vehicle. I live in a rural country area and folks have approached me giving compliments and asking about the truck. It does stand out as a unique “truck” since they haven’t been out for very long. The interior on the premium SEL package is luxurious. Worth the extra money for the sun roof and heated seats. Seats are way more comfortable than the Elantra which I traded in. Performance is impressive. The Sel premium comes with the 2.5 turbo which is more power than I really need but I love the extra umph when getting onto the highway. The AWD is perfect for New England weather. I think the blind spots were worse in the Elantra compared to the Santa Cruz which was surprising. Great safety features, comfortable ride. Has everything I need in a small truck. The Tonnaeu cover in the back looks sexy and is worth spending extra to get the premium package. I can’t wait to add more accessories to my little truck. If you have the money i recommend checking out the Limited or XRT package. Nothing negative to report so far.

Bought a new 2025 crv sport hybrid l over the weekend, I worked with Steve Grady. My experience was excellent, he took care of me from start to finish, no surprises, no pressure, very relaxed environment, straight forward transaction, very patient with my requests and he was very courteous. No required add on packages, price is great and he responded quickly with my email inquiry, was able to negotiate a decent price for my tradein, they will offer you rust proofing and accessories but you can decline if you dont want. The business office will offer you extended warranty and it could get a bit tense although in the end the final price they will offer for a 8 yr honda care warranty is a pretty competitive price and will consider in my future purchases. Overall I had a great experience and way different than other shady dealerships that will try to steal your money. I was there for maybe about 3 hours from start to finish. I recommend them to anyone and will consider them again on my next purchase, thank you Valley Honda.

I love my little truck. I have a 2022 turbo. It will get up and haul but. It tows great. Only promise dash lights up when towing. They don't have a fix for it. Nothing wrong but is bugs me. For a $55,000.00 truck they need to fix this

I started out looking at a Ford Maverick. But the exterior styling and the cheap hard plastic interior were a total turn-off for me. Up the street was a Hyundai dealer. I had seen a few Santa Cruz's on the road and decided to look at one just for kicks after looking at the Maverick. What started out as a curiosity visit, turned into my test driving 3 different models, and leaving the dealer with a XRT model. I could not be happier with it! It is all the "truck" I need at this point in my life. But it's rides and drives like a car. The interior is what sold me! It's miles ahead of the Maverick! Power is also much better than the Maverick. I tow light load (small 1500lb. boat). And the Santa Cruz does not even know it's towing anything. Definitely get the Turbo 2.5 engine if you buy! And drive it in 'SMART' mode. Great economy and power. I traded a decked out Ford F-150 Crew Cab for the Santa Cruz. And it's one of the best decisions I ever made!!

Phillips Chevrolet was EXCELLENT. My amazing team consisted of: Jordan my salesman that closed the deal, Anthony the manager, and Rami the first salesman I spoke to. I was on a mission. I began an aggressive search for a car for my daughters 21st bday. I needed her in a safe used car, with low miles. I picked Phillips Chevrolet by accident, after I had a horrific experience with another dealership. The night before I paid the other dealership 18,800 cash for a 2024 Altima, but canceled the wire after they argued with me- and refused- to make me a 2nd key. Phillips didn't argue about ANYTHING. They showed me a fabulous car- a 2022 Corolla with low miles. It was a $400 difference, and the BEST $400 I have spent. I left the dealership laughing with the manager, hugging the salesman, and promising to buy all my future cars from them. They did not haggle with me, and I respected their position on the pricing. They went down a few hundred, but couldn't any further--- it was already below market value. My husband checked and said it was way under priced. My brother who is a large man- gave it a xxxx of a test drive- through the back woods, fast turns, up hills, etc. I fussed at him for shaking up the car. He said it was a strong car, that rode smoothly. I felt good that they weren't selling me a lemon. To guarantee they weren't - we negotiated to include the extended bumper to bumper warranty. I went back the next day to pick up a clean, freshly washed car. At the other dealership I was nervous when I signed, and second guessed myself all throughout the deal. Whereas, I was thrilled and excited about the car from Phillips Chevrolet. I gladly wired them the $19,000 + and took photos of my car. After taking photos with everyone, and my brother getting his $100 referral (which he didn't share with me :(.. LOL. My husband came to thank them for not causing me to "snap off" like the other dealership. He said - now he can have Peace in the House. After the hugs, photos, and jokes they gifted me with sweatshirts, hats, and bags. Now I can buy a big red bow, and give it to my daughter. I'm making her wear the sweatshirt and hat for the photos. Many reviews claim the base engine is underpowered. Own an SEL with the base engine, and, frankly , don't know what the reviewers are talking about. Plenty of power. If you plan on towing something heavy, sure ,get the turbo, otherwise save your money.

Good pick up truck over all but I would have some changes. 1st - Exterior. Front grill has too big opening spaces. It has potentially hazard to damage radiator with flying stones or debris get into it. Hyundai need to figure it out how to place electric plug for towing in the are next to license plate. I had to install under rear bumper and if i would have to put my boat in the water all the time, electric plug would submerge under the water and it would have it short it and potentially get on fire. 2- Interior. I believe sunroof 95% of the owners are not using it, instead i would like to have automatic window in the rear windshield instead of sunroof. Rear seats could be a inch shorter and it would gave a little more leg room to get in 3rd - Power train. I have SEL Premium trim with 2.5 Turbo engine AWD with 5K towing capacity. Excellent power train but would be nice to have hybrid or fully electric with same capacity.

Love this vehicle, I would like a front end camera, the heated seat button on the dash not to my rear. More cubbies would be handy. Please get rid of the piano black.... It shows ALL the dust!

I can't tell you how happy I am with this truck! In fact, out of all the new cars I've ever bought, this is my favorite. I wanted a truck, girlfriend wanted an SUV, then we found this and we both love it. Honestly, we were initially attracted to the styling -- it's a bad**s looking truck, and very unique. We love the way it drives, which is like a small performance SUV, and not at all truck-like. The interior is not plush, but very comfortable. The displays and controls aren't cluttered, with everything well designed and easy to find. It's packed with very useful features for an extremely reasonable price, and so far I haven't found anything I don't like.

I have recently owned model year 2022: the Ford Maverick First Edition Rapid Red w 4 k tow package + The Hybrid Alto Blue Mav XLT Lariat with the 2k tow package. Both were / are nice vehicles and fill or scratch an itch for a truer "truck ownership" experience. And I will be keeping my 22 SC Ltd, Phantom Black; the Warranty worked into my cost of ownership / ROI has me believing it will be less expensive over the lifetime I will own this SC. SC has a comfortable interior - but I like the Mav's numerous and fully functional storage nook areas. I like having the back trunk drop in storage on the SC - smart move! Overall I like the driving, parking experience with the SC Overhead view, the side cameras and the front and back cameras. LANE ASSIST, Cruise with Distance monitoring - ALL of these function soooo much better than the Maverick.

Wide selection and no haggle are a plus over other dealerships. I like being able to see how many different makes and models. CarMax is the only place I will shop

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!
