Had my night for 16 months, no problems, wicked fast with the turbo. Great combination of truck, suv and sports car. 25 mpg around town, over 30 on some highway trips. Comfortable ride with all the new stuff, phone projection, lane departure, driver assist, etc. Hyundai dealerships suck, I do most of the maintence myself.

The service department here is the best! The dealership across the river I bought my new Tuscon Hybrid limited from really dropped the ball and another dealership in Florida tried to fix the problem unsuccessfully. I was thinking we were going to have to lemon law out of the new vehicle we spent months researching and finally purchased because of a wiring harness that was a problem from the factory. Taylor was the 3rd try to remedy it before we gave up on the Hyundai brand. Turns out 3rd time the charm is a saying for a reason...or more likely the Taylor Hyundai service department is just better than the rest and try harder to solve your problems. Now that we love our car again, we will drive across the river for our next Hyundai.

Good pick up truck over all but I would have some changes. 1st - Exterior. Front grill has too big opening spaces. It has potentially hazard to damage radiator with flying stones or debris get into it. Hyundai need to figure it out how to place electric plug for towing in the are next to license plate. I had to install under rear bumper and if i would have to put my boat in the water all the time, electric plug would submerge under the water and it would have it short it and potentially get on fire. 2- Interior. I believe sunroof 95% of the owners are not using it, instead i would like to have automatic window in the rear windshield instead of sunroof. Rear seats could be a inch shorter and it would gave a little more leg room to get in 3rd - Power train. I have SEL Premium trim with 2.5 Turbo engine AWD with 5K towing capacity. Excellent power train but would be nice to have hybrid or fully electric with same capacity.

Great dealership. Felt no typical pressure but only, how can we help. Were greedted professionally and with courtesy. They did everything to make the deal work. We worked with Braden - he was very nice and let my wife know she could leave for a few with the kids to grab lunch while they got the deal done. By far the best experience and I worked in the car business. Braden is a great kid and salesman. Staff is friendly and the finance manager was a great guy. Last name Mosley, very courteous and professional. The facility is gorgeous and very clean, snacks for the kids and donuts in the am. We will be back here for sure. We have a 2022 Limited with 24000 miles. It serves its purpose well with the ability to cary bark dust and as a daily driver. The creature comforts are very nice with the cooled seats and the heated steering wheel. is inexcusable that the top model has a manual passenger seat. The headlights are the worst I have ever driven with.

The staff is very helpful and obliging. They answered all my questions and offered helpful advice and they are not pushy. I intend to do business with McLarty Daniel Nissan very soon.

Kyle Garvin was a pleasure to deal with I found him to be very honest and straightforward. I shopped around before going to Shakers and glad I did. I’m loving my Santa Cruz and my only complaint is Hyundai should stop using the retractable cover as it’s prone to leaks

Purchased the XRT model of this vehicle and are disappointed that it doesn't even include Homelink, and wish that it had memory seat settings. Also, not sure if side step assist is helpful. I like an SUV and my husband likes a pickup truck, and this was a happy medium for both of us.

I started out looking at a Ford Maverick. But the exterior styling and the cheap hard plastic interior were a total turn-off for me. Up the street was a Hyundai dealer. I had seen a few Santa Cruz's on the road and decided to look at one just for kicks after looking at the Maverick. What started out as a curiosity visit, turned into my test driving 3 different models, and leaving the dealer with a XRT model. I could not be happier with it! It is all the "truck" I need at this point in my life. But it's rides and drives like a car. The interior is what sold me! It's miles ahead of the Maverick! Power is also much better than the Maverick. I tow light load (small 1500lb. boat). And the Santa Cruz does not even know it's towing anything. Definitely get the Turbo 2.5 engine if you buy! And drive it in 'SMART' mode. Great economy and power. I traded a decked out Ford F-150 Crew Cab for the Santa Cruz. And it's one of the best decisions I ever made!!

I bought a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe HEV with Travis and this was the most painless car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was in and out within no time at all, even while trading in a vehicle. Purchased a used 2022 Santa Cruz with 25,000 miles. So far it’s the best vehicle I’ve owned. For starters, it’s a beautiful looking vehicle. I live in a rural country area and folks have approached me giving compliments and asking about the truck. It does stand out as a unique “truck” since they haven’t been out for very long. The interior on the premium SEL package is luxurious. Worth the extra money for the sun roof and heated seats. Seats are way more comfortable than the Elantra which I traded in. Performance is impressive. The Sel premium comes with the 2.5 turbo which is more power than I really need but I love the extra umph when getting onto the highway. The AWD is perfect for New England weather. I think the blind spots were worse in the Elantra compared to the Santa Cruz which was surprising. Great safety features, comfortable ride. Has everything I need in a small truck. The Tonnaeu cover in the back looks sexy and is worth spending extra to get the premium package. I can’t wait to add more accessories to my little truck. If you have the money i recommend checking out the Limited or XRT package. Nothing negative to report so far.

I have bought vehicles here and sent family and friends here. Always a good experience. I go for service here as well. Jon Moore is a busy man but always makes the deal happen. He works hard and puts in alot of hours but it is his passion!! His love for the business and his love for his customers make him Superman! Talk about a multi tasking salesman. It blows me away. Five stars are not enough! Love this place! I will buy another vehicle in the next year or so.

I can't tell you how happy I am with this truck! In fact, out of all the new cars I've ever bought, this is my favorite. I wanted a truck, girlfriend wanted an SUV, then we found this and we both love it. Honestly, we were initially attracted to the styling -- it's a bad**s looking truck, and very unique. We love the way it drives, which is like a small performance SUV, and not at all truck-like. The interior is not plush, but very comfortable. The displays and controls aren't cluttered, with everything well designed and easy to find. It's packed with very useful features for an extremely reasonable price, and so far I haven't found anything I don't like.

Went very well completed under the estimate of time and all were very courteous showed us the check list and it was all green and showed the paperwork for the recall work

Many reviews claim the base engine is underpowered. Own an SEL with the base engine, and, frankly , don't know what the reviewers are talking about. Plenty of power. If you plan on towing something heavy, sure ,get the turbo, otherwise save your money.

I love my little truck. I have a 2022 turbo. It will get up and haul but. It tows great. Only promise dash lights up when towing. They don't have a fix for it. Nothing wrong but is bugs me. For a $55,000.00 truck they need to fix this

I brought my 2022 Elantra to this dealership for a tire repair. Unfortunately I had a blowout and had to buy a new tire. Not a huge big deal but, after the tire repair it would’ve been nice for the tech to clean all the pasty lubricant off the tire and rim after installation, and most of all it would have been nice when they put the spare back in the trunk to put the cover and Matt back in place. Am I expecting too much? This Is a 10 to 15 second task to put the covers on. I just think it is common courtesy, it’s what I would do. Other than that the staff in the service department was good.

I really love my new truck...feel price was pretty much on the mark, the features are great, I have had it a month & still getting used to all its offeres. Back seat is a little tight, but I can fit and I don't really carry passengers, I did get an 'after market' bed cover for it ( which I feel I paid to much for the less than 100% quality) Over all I like the truck. (* I traded a 2021 jeep compass , which I thought 'per KBB' was worth more than the dealer allowed me) *

I want to also add to my review that if it wasn't for David Briggs telling me place a $500 hold on my car of interest - the 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport, it probably would have been sold before I made the decision purchase. I cannot thank him enough for that because this was my first experience in 15 years purchasing a car.

I have had my 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz for two years now. It has 52,000 miles on it because I do Home Health for a living. It is not uncommon for me to put 30,000 miles a year on a vehicle. I am still riding on two of the original four tires the vehicle came with. Two tires had to be replaced roughly a year ago due to road debris. I purchased a monthly car wash club membership and 98% of the time after I wash it I use Meguires Quick Spray Wax to do a quick 10 minute wax on wipe off which keeps the paint job looking like new. I get oil changes roughly every 7500 miles although the dealership says that is too soon. With all the stopping and starting multiple times a day, I feel it necessary. I used up all my free oil changes in one year instead of two. I’ve had absolutely no issues with the vehicle. I am so glad I bought it. It rides and drives like an SUV but with the benefit of having the small 4 foot truck bed. It’s a perfect height and size. It is the standard four-cylinder engine which, once you get used to it, is not so bad. It has enough get up and go when needed, although if I would have been exposed to the turbo engine, I may have spent the extra money. It’s not uncommon for me to get 32 mpg on the freeway when my cruise control is set. One time driving slower than speed limit I got 39 mpg! I purchased a black SEL model. Sunroof does not leak and works just fine. I did take the dealership up on their offer to tint windows which has definitely made the vehicle cooler. Ability to clean the interior in the seats is relatively easy and does not take long for the seats to dry after using a upholstery cleaner for weekly light spot checks.The only things I would change would be the rims, and possibly put 20 inch tires instead of 18, and the stereo system. (And the color- It was supposed to be blue). The rims coming on the newer Santa Cruz’s have a much more desirable design, and I believe there is an upgraded stereo system available. Leather seats would be nice. 😊 I am frequently asked how I like my 23 Santa Cruz . I have owned over the years; Veloster, Santa Fe, and Accent. Them, along with a 1990 Suzuki Samurai and a 86’ Toy 4-Runner, were the best vehicles I have ever owned in my life. As long as I can keep it out of flood waters, or avoid approaching 90° turns on country roads in the middle of the night with no street lights, driving 45 miles an hour, this will be the last vehicle I own.

Our 2023 SEL PREMIUM santa cruz has been a blast. Drives smooth/quiet. The bed with the factory sliding cover is perfect for tools and secure. I throw a tarp over the tools in heavy rain/snow because it's not totally water proof. The turbo is nice, mileage respectful.

I'm happy with my Hyundai Tucson Hybrid SEL that I purchased in the fall of 2022 at Phil Long Hyundai at the Motor City Way location in Colorado Springs. I'm also glad that I purchased the service package. My Sales person, Finance specialist, Service Team and Management are people I know I can count on to have my best interest at heart. I went from a Chevy Silverado to the Santa Cruz . I love it only miss the V8 a little bit The interior is wonderful and I have enough room in the truck bed to still go to the dump
