My name is Melanie and I have purchased (4) Mazda starting in 2006. My 1st Mazda was purchased from Randy Blount Dealership. I live in north city so after Randy Blount closed I chose this location because of the accessibility from home and work just in case a car problems ever occurred. I have owned each new model 2006 Mazdza 6i, 2009 Mazda 6 , 2010 CX-7 , & presently a 2015 CX5. And because of my purchases I have had more encounters for service with Shawn. I had a battery problem on January 9,and Shawn DeGrasso who I have chosen as my service advisor took care my issue. Over the years he has always been friendly, been patience, & he listens and is always professional. I received an email from Mazda Customer Service Survey and answered it on January 13 and Shelly Adams did a follow up call regarding my service yesterday. I want management to recognize Shawn's worth because he knows I have had some very unique issues with all my car purchases. I have learned to respect his knowledge with my car concerns and I believe he believes my concerns as being legitimate. Because who wants to come a dealership unnecessarily (smile). Also, over the years I had the pleasure to have some car issues solved from Glen and Bruce regarding some defects. Finally , the office personnel, and other associates, & parts department have been outstanding, too. Great Job!!!
