I have a 2010 M35x with almost 170,000 miles. It still looks and drives like it has 50,000 miles. Engine is amazing. Has a ton of tech features. Just a great car.

David in service for new sales was very helpful today in my wife’s 2023 Outlander. Had one customer show up 4 hours early for her car appt. She was a pistol nothing but negative everything. To make a long story short is that she brought in a full bag the size of a Walmart bag full of trash to throw away. Apparently she said the waiting room trash can was full so she laid the bag on top of trash cans. One of the Slack sisters thought that someone left there medicine bag etc. the next thing I know David was asked to empty the trash. He is a busy guy. Someone could have asked one of the lot attendants etc. told the lady to push into trash can because they were not full.

This car has met everyone of my needs and more, I'm addicted to the quality and brand of Infiniti. The inside touch screen, USB ports,comfortable riding leather seats.

The sales clerk I spoke with was an xxx hole that has not been trained in sales. If he had been a somewhat professional individual I would have purchased the car. I bought the exact same car from another dealer and am giving you the worst rating possible!

Ok, so I bought a car there recently for my son and it needed brakes badly within 2 weeks of purchasing it. I didn’t expect what came next. We just purchased this car a couple of weeks ago so I can't really speak to the reliability. We are however very happy with the way the car handles and performs. When we bought the car there was some road noise but we bought an undercoating package when we bought the car and this greatly reduced the road noise. The ride now is very quiet.

My Dad has bought 4 cars from Toms before he over he passed away. I myself have bought at least 2 as far as I am concerned Toms auto is the only place to go for a Used car! I have always driven Lexus and Audi sport sedans so decided to purchase an infiniti due to the value offerings and I am now brand loyal and hooked on to infiniti .Hands down best value for money sport sedan in regards to cost of ownership,luxury features ,build quality , overall driving experience and solid reliability never had to take the shop for machnical or electrical issues except the normal ware and tear components brakes,rotor and tires etc .This is a fun fast and responsive car to drive in all weather conditions also the AWD comes in very handy in the snow.My only complaint is the fast rate of depreciate compared to the other Japanese or German sport sedans models.

This car looks great and has a surprising number of features. It has service reminders, DVD playback, a peppy engine, and radar cruise control. That alone is more than enough to make this a great car. But of course I didn't even mention the heated and cooled seats, Bose surround sound, totally keyless entry and start, and the fact that it is rock solid reliable.
