Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

First time at CarMax and after a nightmare experience at a local dealer, was a bit wary, but VERY pleased. Reci was an AWESOME salesman. Answered all questions and made the process a breeze. Highly recommend this dealership!

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

Paperwork took a little longer than expected but vehicle was in great condition & good price.

The car is great everything about it but the entertainment system is garbage. It’s costing me over 3 grand to replace it. It just stop working. And from doing my research the company knows that this a PROBLEM. And theirs no help for me as a customer. I love my car but 3 grand for a radio is ridiculous. Infiniti should replace all radio systems for free or have some type of copay.

Owned this Q50 for a couple of years. It handles well and gets me the looks that I like. I keep my cars impeccably clean so that I get complimented on the looks of my car a lot. I got the 2.0T, it has adequate horsepower for running on the highway and passing but gets me great gas mileage on my trips. This is my 2nd Infiniti and I think I will always choose the brand.

So far i have never had a problem with this car. I love my car, its the best. It has different drive modes like sports standard etc. It also drives very good in snow. I also get great miles to the gallon.

This car has been great so far, lots of safety, decent amount of tech some of it a little dated, the car is pretty quick with the twin turbos, it drives and handles great. Interior is comfy with a fair amount of legroom and a decent amount of trunk space.

The 18 Q50 is the favorite car I've owned. It is top of it's class in performance. All wheel drive system works great in winter. My only complaint about this car is the size of cup holders, which is trivial.

We, talked to the owner and he gave it high marks all around with no negitatives, that helped us make the decision to buy one.

Yes with a caveat. Overall I generally enjoy my car but issues with going through tires and maintenance issues . Because of that would probably not buy again

Very professional, great group. Last Tesla I bought was purchased from a group that sells 50-65 teslas a month (idrive in Carrolton tx). Auto Boutique surprised me, and managed a Tesla sale like a group that sells 10x more of these technically challenging vehicles. They got the car added to my Tesla app quickly and I left the dealership able to supercharge and drive 6 hours to my home. The young guys ( Ethen Beck and Enrique Ovalles) were very Tesla literate. I'm a contributor to a tesla owners forum and have over 4 million content views, so I'm not a Tesla Newbie. I have a 2016 model s p85, a 2021 model y dual motor, and now a 2021 refresh model s long range to replace the aging ap1 car. These guys had the recurrent battery report in addition to the carfax so I could skip checking the battery. Staff went into service mode and we checked the error log. They got an update to post before adding the car and so I drove off in great shape!

I called this dealership and spoke to Wardan the owner on a Tuesday, telling him that I was interested in one of the vehicles that he had on the lot that I wanted to purchase for my wife. I live out of town in Louisiana over 6 hours away and was not going to be able to make it to the dealership until Saturday. I asked if it would be possible for them to hold the vehicle for me to come and purchase for my wife. The dealer agreed to hold the car for me until Saturday when I could come and take a look at it. As it turned out I was able to leave by lunch time on Friday to head to Houston to be able to look at the car on Saturday. I had my wife call the dealership and explain to them that we were going to be coming in on Friday and told them what time we would be getting into town and they said that they would wait for us to arrive which was 45 minutes after their actual closing time. Upon our arrival Wardan made the car buying experience The best I have ever experienced. Once they got a copy of my driver's license my wife and I took the car for a test drive, as soon we arrive back in the parking lot Wardan met us in the parking lot. There was no pressure at all, and he answered all of the questions that we had about the vehicle. We went ahead and went through with the purchase of the vehicle which was everything that my wife was looking for. We got a great vehicle at a good price. The dealership made the buying process as easy as possible. The dealership was up front about all of the history of the car and provided us a printout of the Carfax history of the vehicle. This dealer went above and beyond to exceed our expectations and the purchase of our vehicle. Before reaching out to this dealer I had read some of the negative reviews that people had posted. At first I was leery and skeptical because of these reviews. But once I contacted the dealer and spoke to Wardan myself I got the sense that he was not your average fast talking car salesman. So after making the journey from Louisiana to Houston to buy our car I will say that we experienced none of the things that other people had listed in their negative reviews, it was actually quite the opposite. The buttery smooth German feel driving and absolute beautiful styling and breath taking power its a huge bang for your buck. ive had mine with 90,000 miles and not one check engine light. the AWD version perfect for the tough snow and rain. if you find one with low miles its definitely worth it.
