Very good experience. “H” Humberto was really good to work with. I would highly recommend I lay down and R&T Expo!! We were an out-of-state purchase and had to fly in. H worked with us and made us very comfortable. Took a video for 30 minutes to show me the inside and outside. Something that was very important purchase google carr.com reviews. I’m not sure about some of the bad reviews but we had a wonderful experience. When we flew in and got to the car dealership, H told us he did not want us to buy this vehicle without feeling absolutely comfortable. Allowed us to test drive it huge answered all of our questions. Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

Was on the fence in finding a dealership to get my vehicle serviced at. Southwest Infiniti is actually closer to my home but something told me to drive the extra distance and go to Westside. I am confident I made the right decision. Ken Reese is who I had the pleasure in dealing with. I usually don’t leave reviews but I hope this helps anyone who finds themselves in the same boat I was in.

IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

Great and fast car for the money. Reliable as long as you keep up with maintenance. Good alternative then a BMW and cheaper to maintain. Haven’t had any major issues.

Yes with a caveat. Overall I generally enjoy my car but issues with going through tires and maintenance issues . Because of that would probably not buy again

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

I love it , comfortable very smooth drive. I have a long drive to work and now I joy driving my car because its so comfortable.
