Second purchase from Roswell Infiniti

This is the first time I have ever purchased a second car from a dealership so that says something about the quality of the customer service (sales and service) I experienced with my first Infiniti. Initially, I planned to buy out the lease on my 2015 Q50S, which I loved. I did not want another car, as I typically drive a car for 12+ years. The safety features and additional power available on the 2018 Q50 Red Sport were compelling so Wendell obtained offer details for both leasing and purchasing the new 2018 Q50 Red Sport. Wendell Collins, Dominic La Barrie, Bill Gray, and Derak Rawlings all put in a huge amount of effort, time, and attention to make this purchase work for me. They were absolutely the right team and they made me feel as good about this purchase as I did in 2015. Each gentleman contributed something extra to the process and I am thankful that I finally ended up with this specific team. Wendell was a total professional and hung in there with me despite a rough start that I feared was a systemic change in the sales culture and process at the dealership. Wendell also gave me freedom to be somewhat aggressive when I took the car for test drives, which was fun. Dominic came on board when I queried Costco about their discount (after I had already spoken to Wendell) which made things even more complicated (absolutely all my fault, not Wendell???s or Dominic's), and then Bill came in when the initial offers became brittle and frustrating, restored my faith in the sales process at the dealership, and gave me the confidence that I could walk in to Derak's office and close my second purchase from Roswell Infiniti without worry. I am delighted with my car and I look forward to working with this dealership in the future.
