Dan my service advisor was fantastic. Although I live out of state and Infiniti of Cincinnati is not my primary dealer Dan took great care of me. I flew out of the Cincinnati airport for a 2 week trip to Europe. He arranged to pick up my QX80 at the airport and had it ready to go when I returned.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
My name is Leigh Howarth. l had a terrific experience with infiniti of Cincinnati. Shawn Olsen my sales person was fantastic. l bought a car and had it shipped to Michigan sight unseen. Shawns evaluation of the car was spot on and there were no surprises whatsoever upon delivery. The dealership worked with me to get the vehicle independently inspected and shared the shipping fee. l would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car
This is the second Infiniti automobile we have purchased through this dealer. ALL their staff is excellent and go that extra distance to make your new car purchase comfortable. When I compared other dealers pricing within an 350 mile radius, Infinti of Cincinnati's prices could not be beat. The finance department is honest, straight up, and they play no games with adding extra cost on at the end like most dealers like....."Prep Fee's", "Documentation Fee's" "Advertising Fee's" and "Transfer Fee's. Once again, I was absolutely floored with the offers on our trade in's. We were given $1000 or more for our trade in's than I ever thought I would receive. Infiniti of Cincinnati is the only car dealer I will ever buy an Infiniti again although I have a closer dealer. I will drive that extra hour or two to do business with them exclusively.
Hands down - BEST buying (and trade) experience! We worked with Anna via Internet Sales, then met with Kirby onsite, and with help from the GM-Fred Ferraro, we were VERY VERY impressed. After being a solid German auto purchasing/leasing family for more than 30 years, we are now PROUD Infiniti owners of a G35X that has all the fun, finishings and technical quality of our just traded 5-series! Thanks Infiniti Cincinnat - hope to pass more referrals your way and look forward to seeing you again soon!
Customer service interactions were wonderful and pleasant, however I put Customer Service at 3 stars (really 2.5 stars) because there were several mix ups of when to bring in my car. I talked with an agent on the phone and it was left open that I could drop off my car the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I took it to the dealership to drop it off Tuesday after I got off work. When I arrived there was no paper work on my car to be serviced on Wednesday. So the agent set up another appointment for me (which was discussed to be on November 30th at 8:00). Once I left the dealership I received and email stating that my service was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00. So I assumed I heard it wrong. Then later that evening I received another email that my appointment was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00, so I figured that was correct since I got 2 emails on the same day. So I showed up at the dealership on 11/23 at 8:00 only to be told that there was no paperwork for it to be worked on that day. At this point the service agent said for me to just take the loaner car and leave my car there so I did not have to return again and it would probably be Wednesday the 28th or Thursday the 29th that it would be completed. The work was finally completed and I picked up my car on Saturday Dec. 1.
I did notice however that my back tail lights on the passenger side were cracked which I do not recall from before. I do not know where or when this happened but I did notice it after I picked up my car later that afternoon.
But anyway, the customer service interactions were great but there were just some mix ups with the paperwork.
