I left an unfavorable review below because I did not receive good customer service when we purchased the car. The store manager called me personally to apologize and will address with his team. He also sent me the operators manual for the car that we purchased since the salesman that sold me that car told me that the car is purchased as is without it. I have to applaud Nancy in the Service Department for taking away so much stress off my shoulders. She was extremely transparent with her communication with what was the issue with my car. Nancy handled everything with my extended warranty. This experience was actually one of the best I've had at a dealership period. I like the fact she didn't BS around and take advantage, rather she was honest and forthcoming with what I can expect. Great experience :)

My wife and I came into the Infiniti dealership in Tampa just 15 minutes before closing. Kevin met us at the door and stayed with us until we closed the deal. I have been purchasing/leasing car for over 30 years. The experience with Kevin was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. To put it in perspective, car purchasing is one of my very least favorite things to do. I have had absolutely horrible experiences over the years, with dishonest, lying and manipulative salesman that have zero integrity. Unfortunately car salesmen, in general, have earned their less than satisfactory reputations. Kevin is an extreme exception. He walked us to several QX80???s. We could not devide between two colors, but definitely wanted the 22??? wheels. Kevin offered to find a vehicle with those wheels, in one of the colors we liked. He had 10+ vehicles in the lot, yet did not try to push us into any of them. He found for us exactly what we wanted. Kevin had a very in depth knowledge of the QX80. He has obviously spent many hours learning and understanding the details of this highly technical vehicle. I felt like I was learning from an expert trainer, not a car sales man. And we had not yet made a deal. Not once during the deal, did we feel even the slightest amount of pressure or manipulation attempts, (which is very common in my experience). Although we did not fully agree on the price of the QX80, nor the value of my trade, the negotiation was comfortable and fair. We both moved enough to make a reasonable deal. Once we made the deal, Kevin got our new vehicle ready for us while George handled the paperwork. George is a young and very knowledgeable professional. He was friendly and easy to talk too. All the paperwork was ready to sign and in order so that the process would go quickly. It took about 20 minutes. Which is exceptional. By the time we finished signing, Kevin had our car detailed and ready to go. This is at 10:30 pm. They closed at 8:00, yet still had personnel on site to prep our new car. I did not expect this at all. We saw the manager twice, just briefly. I do not remember his name, which is not a bad thing. It is because Kevin and George handled their business. so there was little need for a managers involvement with us. I will say that the manager was welcoming, genuine and made us feel comfortable. When we got in our new car, we were ready to drive off. Kevin got in the car and spent another 20+ minutes going over the details of the InTouch process. He connect both my wife???s and my phones. We now have a very good, general understanding of how to use most features in the highly technical vehicle. Kevin welcomed is to the Infiniti family. This could be a very cliche comment. However, he meant it. He offered to review anything we needed at any time. Kevin is a first class, car sales professional. He genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to be happy. Infiniti of Tampa should be very proud to employ people like Kevin and George. We will definitely come back to Tampa Infiniti and we???ll share our experience with friends and family. My hope is that Kevin and George both receive some sort of significant recognition as a result of this review. I have always been a very bitter customer when it comes to vehicle purchases, due to so many years of repeated bad expedited. So this feed back does not come easy. In this case, it was absolutely earned. Thank you Kevin and George.

I was in the market (I thought) for a 4 door sedan. After driving a Q70 and a Q50, I took a Q60 for a drive and immediately decided to get one. I couldn't find a new one with the options I wanted so I purchased a CPO vehicle with low mileage. The trunk is large enough and adults can actually fit in the back seat. The driving experience is very good since there is plenty of power and great handling. I also think it's the best looking 2 door coupe on the market. As a previous Infiniti owner, I know that this will be an extremely reliable car and I'm looking forward to keeping it a long time.

EXTERIOR: People have stopped me in parking lots, honked in traffic, and just stared. The exterior could not look any better 11/10 INTERIOR: How can you miss the market by 4 years with not having apple carplay or android auto? That is incomprehensible for a luxury brand? I know it is coming for the 2021 models, but undescribable how you can possibly miss that. Can't tell you how interested I would be to see the data on the people who like the setup for the dual monitors. It isn't what it displays, but I haven't seen anyone in the past 5 years use the GPS provided by the manufacturer. Who approves this kind of design? WAZE integration. TRANSMISSION: Either feels like the fastest thing on the market or slowest, most unpredictable. A car for this money should have a dual-clutch. Even in manual mode, the software will override and seem like its in automatic. BACKUP CAMERA: Without the expensive assist package, it has similar backup "lanes" as my mom's 2013 honda minivan... PERFORMANCE: Sits pretty low and has good ride control. Can switch in and out of lanes quick and firm SPORTS CAR FEEL: Not really. Has the looks for it, but you feel let down by the technology. Switching between the different drive modes doesn't offer enough difference to feel like you're getting your money's worth.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Q 60 handles very well and has a great ride. cockpit is snug, but not cramped and it will get 29-30 mpg at 75 mph all day long. Metro ,mileage is averaging 27 mpg

Over the last three years Rick has helped me restore a 2003 G 500, he has always been attentive, responsive, and even curious about my project and gone above and beyond his station to help me solve odd issues with a 13 year labor of love. My experiences were always so great that I entrusted "Cookie" and Rick to repair/upgrade a Ferrari 360 while I was out of town, Rick gave me pictures and facetime updates on the work - they did a great job. Last Friday I called about a auto question and Rick let me know that a low mile 2015 G 63 had come in to the dealer (one of my dream vehicles) so I went in to see it. Rick introduced me to the GM Don and he let me take it home for the weekend...well, apparently Rick and Don knew that 560 lbs of torque was more powerful than my will power and no self respecting "car guy" is going to give up a fantastic price on a 7,200 mile loaded G 63 with upgraded leather and carbon fiber (if he can)...so Rick checked in with me over the weekend several times, and ultimately sold me the truck at his service desk on the next Monday morning...I'm guesssing it's the first time a G 63 sold accross a service desk (of course Rick sold me the wheel protection package). I am happy to tell this story because this is how a authentic sales relationship works, I would not care about the G 63 at the dealer if I did not know that Rick cared and knew about my automotive interests. This spontanious sale was a long time building.. it's built over years on several cars. And to be fair, I would probabaly bought it from Vito if he was not having his little boy that exact weekend, he has always been great about the soft sale trying to learn about my interests to see if I would upgrade. Congrats Vito!

I found the car I wanted. It is a 2012 Ford Mustang. I emailed that I was interested. the next Morning Josh emailed me back. I arranged to go there at 12:00. Josh was the salesman and Lam was the finance guy. Both were extremely professional and very easy to deal with. Neither tried to sell me something I didn't want or need. I told Josh what I wanted to put down. Josh let me basically pick the payment that worked for me. Lam took care of all the financing. It was a very quick, fast, easy car buying experience. I love my Q60 except for a few minor annoyances. The 2018 Q60 has beautiful lines with awesome wheels and a sexy head on appearance. It has an surprising amount of trunk space; I can put my golf bag and a 25” suitcase in with just a bit of effort. The drivers seat has a cockpit like feel and everything is within easy reach. Acceleration is smooth and Q60 is quite compared to the Q50. Your not going to get your six foot tall children in the back it’s really a two seater that could fit four in a pinch, but you won’t keep those friends if it is a long drive. The front seat seatbelt brackets will cause the seatbelt strap to rub against shorter drives necks, to prevent this you need to bend it outward periodically. Ask how I figured that out, the original owner traded it in because of it too.The onboard computer is still slow to startup but faster than my old Q50. I would have expected that by now you could set a default drive mode. I would have also liked to see the drivers seat move to a neutral position when the door was opened to make exit and entry easier. Finally the storage spaces where an afterthought. If you’re going have a huge owners manual make sure it will fit in the glove box. You can’t even put a pair of gloves in there once you squeeze the manual in. why do you need an 12v accessory port under the dual display when you have in the center console and two USB ports. I understand the 3.5mm jack I’m total confused by the RCA one. This all takes up the little storage space you have. Other than those minor things I enjoy driving and all the compliments I get from my Q60.

Purchased this vehicle at Beaty Chevrolet with only 26,000 miles on it and it runs like a brand new one that has never touched pavement. When you play your favorite music the whole car makes you feel like you are at a concert and the handle and feel of this vehicle when you drive is smooth. Will not buy another make. This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. LAST SATURDAY I PAID FOR $300 IN REPAIRS AND THIS PAST SATURDAY I WAS GOING TO PAY FOR $300 MORE IN REPAIRS, BUT SOMETHING TOLD ME INSTEAD OF GOING BACK TO MEINEKE TO GET IT FIXED LET ME TAKE IT TO NISSAN AND HAVE THEM LOOK AT IT. I MEAN THEY WOULD KNOW THE CAR BETTER THEN ANYONE. HERE IS WHERE YOU INSERT TERRY PHILLIPS THE MAN TO GO TO IF YOU'RE PURCHASING A CAR FOR THE FIRST TIME OR 5TH TIME. WHILE WAITING FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF MY CAR I TALKED WITH TERRY. TERRY MUST'VE SEEN THE WORRY AND STRESS ETCHED ON MY FACE. HE CALMLY ASKED ME WHY I WAS THERE. HE GENUINELY WANTED TO HELP MY SITUATION. HE TOLD ME ABOUT A BRAND NEW 2015 CAR THAT WAS READY TO BE DRIVEN OFF THE LOT. MIND YOU IT HAD ALREADY BEEN DETAILED AND EVERYTHING, BUT THE DEAL HE WAS WORKING OUT FOR A WOMAN HAD FALLEN THROUGH. I THINK IT WAS MEANT TO BE MY CAR. WATCH HOW GOD IS ABOUT TO SHOW UP AND SHOW OUT.. TERRY SAID, "VALIA LET'S GO TAKE A LOOK AT THIS 2015 NISSAN SENTRA. IT'S MY LAST 2015 SENTRA AND SINCE YOU HAVE A 2011 I THINK THIS WOULD BE PERFECT FOR YOU." I WAS OPTIMISTIC AND WENT TO LOOK AT THE CAR. JUST WALKING UP TO THE CAR I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE COLOR. IT'S BLUE, BUT IT LOOKS TO HAVE A GREEN UNDERTONE. I GOT IN THE CAR AND BOY WAS IT AMAZING. I MEAN THE WORKS. NEVER THE LESS I WAS IN LOVE. I DIDN'T KNOW HOW IT WAS GONNA HAPPEN, BUT I KNEW I WANTED THAT CAR. SO WE WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE TO SEE WHAT THE NUMBERS WOULD LOOK LIKE. DURING THIS TIME SAM WHO WAS THE PERSON GETTING MY CAR LOOKED AT FOR ME CAME TO SPEAK WITH ME ABOUT WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON WITH MY CAR (SILVER FOX). HE HAD A LAUNDRY LIST OF THINGS. FROM THE TRANSMISSION, ALTERNATOR, FUEL PUMP, SENSORS AND MORE. I WAS SHOCKED. HERE I WAS THINKING IT WAS A SMALL PROBLEM AND EASY FIX. IT WASN'T. I WOULD'VE HAD TO PUT IN MORE MONEY THAN THE CAR WAS WORTH TO GET IT BACK TO RUNNING 100%. SAM GAVE ME SOME TIME TO THINK THINGS OVER. AFTER THINKING I TALKED WITH TERRY ABOUT MOVING FORWARD. WE TALKED NUMBERS AND I REALIZED THAT MY MONTHLY CAR PAYMENT WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN I WANTED TO PAY. TERRY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. HE WENT AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE TO SEE IF MY INQUIRY ABOUT A LOWER PAYMENT WAS POSSIBLE. HE CAME BACK AND TURNED MY FROWN INTO A SMILE. NOT TO MENTION HE SAW ME THROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE WAY TEST DRIVING THE CAR NOW KNOWN AS "HEAVENLY BLUE" TO DOING THE FINANCE PAPERWORK RIGHT UP UNTIL I DROVE OFF OF THE LOT WITH MY NEW BABY. THE MORAL OF THIS LONG STORY THAT I TRIED MY BEST TO SHORTEN IS THAT GOD WILL NEVER LAY MORE ON YOU THAN YOU CAN BARE. HE WILL SEE YOU THROUGH ANYTHING IF YOU JUST CONTINUE TO BELIEVE AND HAVE FAITH IN HIM. TAKE NOTHING TO MAN AND EVERYTHING TO HIM. TERRY PHILLIPS YOU ARE THE IT FACTOR THERE! YOU HELPED ME GET MY FIRST BRAND NEW CAR. SAY BYE BYE TO PRE-OWNED CARS. I WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO GET A CAR IN THE FUTURE AND I WILL BE SURE TO SEND ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO YOU. The INFINITI Q60 is a very attractive and reasonably priced luxury sport coupe. From its unique sleek styling to its many standard features and options, this vehicle truly met all of our needs. The INFINITI In-Touch Infotainment system is easily navigatable, and the Bose sound system with 13 speakers sounds amazing! Love this driving machine!

Just bought a certified used infiniti with Deranty Cohen and it was a breath of fresh air with his straight forward honest approach. Quickest sales transaction I have experienced and helped my other half move her items from old car to new. Will buy from this man again in the immediate future. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

I made an appointment for service (oil change & tire rotation) for 11:30 a.m. on a Tuesday, and because I cannot be away from my business for very long, I also arranged a shuttle to take me back to my office. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by both a service associate who verified my appointment and checked in my vehicle, and then escorted to my service adviser, Jeff. As Jeff was preparing my service order, I mentioned that I had arranged for the shuttle. He indicated that the shuttle was just loading and getting ready to leave, however, there was no car ahead of my Mustang and the service should take no more than 45 minutes. I chose to stay and wait, as it would have taken much longer to go and come back with the shuttle. I made myself comfortable in the waiting area, which was not very crowded, was clean and even had coffee and snacks available. I wasn't expecting my car to be ready so soon! 35 minutes after I sat down, checked my email and made a couple of phone calls, Jeff came back to tell me that my car was ready. As I was checking-out, I asked Jeff if they offered a car wash or detailing service. He mentioned the price of the detailing, but also stated that they give a free car wash with the oil change (OK, "The Works" package, which I received), however I should allow another 45 minutes. I'll do it next time. Short of not having to leave my office to have my car serviced, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Ferman Ford's service, based upon this experience.

The Q60 meet all my needs. It is a comfortable ride with plenty of pep. There is plenty of room in the front for the driver and passenger, but lacks comfort and space in the rear seats for adult passangers. The ride is nice and smooth and plenty of power from the 3.7 V6 when you need it. Styling inside and out is exceptional.
