Had work on my daughter's car with her massive air flow and turbos. They took the time to make sure that her car was working right and provided a courtesy vehicle when one of the parts was on back were that took about three weeks for it to come in. Only had this QX55 for a few days, so cannot comment on reliability yet. Very high quality fits and finishes. Interior is very high end with real leather, carbon fiber, sensible instrumentation, peppy engine, very quiet and smooth ride, despite having run flat tires. Quality of paintwork is excellent, white tricoat is really eye catching, wheel finish is well done. This Essential model is a bit pricey compared to the Luxe model, but does have several nice extras. We traded in our 2016 Infiniti QX50, which was super reliable; so hoping for the best.

It was time for a spring checkup for my INFINITY with a coupon that I received. From the pickup of my vehicle by a very nice gentleman to the service was smooth. I had my oil and filter changed, tires rotated and all wheel alignment done. During inspection they discovered that my belts were worn and cracked and I needed a replacement filter for the cabin. I had them do the belts and I will replace that in cabin filter. They did an amazing job and I received a video showing how work was needed. They communicate with texts and kept me informed of the process. They sent a link to pay and had my car dropped off by a nice young man who made the process smooth and easy. Thank you for such a great process.
