They have always taken care of me and my car. Unfortunately my car came with a manufacture defect which has meant multiple visits to the dealership but they always been very nice to me and had put up with my nagging. Edson has taken care of my many times and his service is alway great.

I was there to get my car service, the guys are great there, they told me everything up front and got me out of there and fix my car in a good timely manner. The service manager also follow up with me asking me if everything was good with my car and how was there service to me, I like that. I will go back there again to get my car service.

From 2021, when my Q60 was first transported to Infiniti of South Bay for system calibration work, and to date, the quality of services I've received is always spot-on and without equal. Without exception, my interactions with the entire staff have been nothing short of excellent! Regiment comes to mind, as they operate sort of in lockstep, as a cohesive team of seasoned professionals. And once again, Jerry Vargas performed a stellar job looking after my Q60's needs, added to being the only facility (from my research) to solve an engine area (chirping) noise issue which has plagued many "Q" owners. Clearly, a raise/promotion would be very much in order, IMHO. Lastly, I could best describe your facility/staff as a 5-Star Spa - For your vehicle! Happy with my Porsche 911 Sales process went really smooth and fast. Big shout out to sales rep. Anthony for taking good care of me. He also delivered the car to my address at no charge. Only negative thing. The front brake pads needed immediate replacement. I believe if they measure 3-4 mm AutoNation won?t replace them. I found that to be pretty poor since it also illuminated the brake wear light on the dash. I was well aware but it wasn?t a deal breaker.
