My vehicle always repaired correctly and in accurate time. He keeps me updated and always honest with me. I only bring my vehicle there for service ever since I purchased it from your dealership. As a former service writer and motorcycle technician with 35 years experience.my wife?s transmission gave out.We came from Virginia to see mom. We had a warranty with a different company.The service team was able to secure a warranty with extra parts that were not covered by my warranty that was needed to do the job properly. Ounce the repairs were approved the team performed them when promised. Drove back to Virginia and everything worked perfectly.

I really do not like your service system now as I do not see a customer service person just a guy that asks me what I am there for and takes my key. My car was finished and sat in the holding area for a good 15 minutes and it wasn?t that busy.

Great quality of repair work. Luis, my advisor, kept me informed during the repair process. I was given a complimentary ride home and was brought back to the dealership the next day to pick up my car.

Jennifer Stolen makes going to this facility pleasant and lessens the disappointment of having to drive almost an hour for maintenance and find out your vehicle has another critical repair that needs to be addressed and the first one was not even a year from obtaining the vehicle. Jennifer has the ability to listen to you vent, while remaining professional and loyal to her employer. Although the vehicle has had its issues I am so pleased that once the issues are identified, you are made aware of them and they are corrected in a timely manner. I am disappointed with the unit (my case may be one of the few) but the dealer has been very responsive and the customer service gets an A+.
