From the time that I arrived at the dealership and even after I purchased the car he was always available and if he didn’t have the answers to the questions I was asking (I ask a lot of questions), he found them out within minutes. After I had decided on my car, I had everything that I wanted, except there was another color, the Titan gray that was my favorite, however they didn’t have that exact color. So Tyson called around and found one at another dealership. He went all the way to the other dealership to make sure I had the one I wanted, and I have to say I am over the moon with my new car! Bronco Motors West and Tyson are really the best of the best! Highly recommend.

We’ve spent months assessing the various brands. Our choice was based on the numerous reviews comparing the Acura MDX and the QX60. The Acura did not meet the quality standards for comfort and luxury. The Infiniti dealership team did a great job selling the technical aspects of the car. The salesman, sales manager and GM spent the time to ensure we were happy!! The warranty on the 2024 Certified was the bow on the total package. Infiniti priced the car very well compared to the Dallas Infiniti dealers who were not able to come near the price.The Sales team was excellent! Yes, I would buy another car from Georgetown Infiniti!

I brought my trade in to Principle of Bourne on a whim. It was not my plan. Gosh, am I glad I did! I received the Royal Treatment as soon as I entered the showroom! Service consultant was very professional and the areas were very clean and neat. The loaner insurance paperwork was filled out online the day prior but it was not available to the person that wrote the loaner paperwork.

Harper Infiniti is a joy to use. Their service and attention to detail continues to impress. I often find they have added something extra at no additional charge to either their service area or waiting room. I live almost 60 miles away and can have my QX-60 serviced at Harper less expensively than in my hometown.

The sales staff was very easy to work with when buying my QX60. The concierge service has been great since I don't live in Winston Salem and work from home. They bring me a loaner vehicle and take my car for service. The drivers are very professional and I don't worry about my vehicle in their hands. If you're looking for a new vehicle I would give them a shot.
