Quick. Priced right. Dependable. Courteous. I went in for an oil change and asked not to have my car washed or cleaned because I was in a rush back to office. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. They respected my wishes and delivered an outstanding service. I will keep coming back.

I have had tremendous problems with frequent damage to the tires on my Infiniti. Twice, neither Inifinit nor tire manufacturer would take responsibility for damage caused by normal driving. This most recent time, my 3rd tire failed and luckily I was very close to Infiniti Bridgewater location. They were going to charge me for 3rd tire in 3 years when Paul Kemper, the General Manager listened to my frustrations, and generously stepped in to remedy the situation at no cost to me. He listened patiently, was a truly calming influence and exceeded my expecations for true customer service after much frustration before this. I would trust that this customer first mindset would positively inform his management style and staff as well. Thanks Paul!

Stephen was honest and straightforward, which saved me a significant amount of time and frustration. His knowledge and helpfulness were evident throughout the entire process. Very pleasant to talk to. Problem was they are only internet people not actual sales people. Their price was somewhat high PLUS the added a document fee of $900. That alone would kill the deal. There are many Stelvios available at this time and prices have been coming down. I am not in a rush.
