Been going here for several years and they have done a great job. Scott has been our service manager and has always been knowledgeable and professional.

I brought it in for an oil change and I knew there would be more. Mike did an overall check and I had a lot of repairs to be done. I selected the repairs I wanted done now. As soon as we knew they would need addirional parts that were not onsite, Mike set me up with a loaner car so I could go on with my day. He had the work done by the next day. Excellent customer service.

My car's radiator burst during a very hot day. I had to call a tie truck and had it towed to Coulter. They were able to diagnose the problems without too long of a wait. The waiting area was comfortable and had good snacks. After discussing the repairs needed, they gave me a loaner. The next day, they discovered another problem that needed repair. I was allowed to keep the loaner for the whole weekend. My service consultant was Scott who made me feel comfortable and explained everything well Everything went well picking up my car and so far, it seems to be running great.

I drive 25 miles to get my car serviced here. Why? Because the overall experience is top notch. Fast, simple, and no questions asked, just service that meets my needs as a busy professional.

I purchased my Infiniti from another Infiniti store and it was having some issues I took it into the service department at Infiniti of Scottsdale and they went over all the problems it had and gave me what I felt was a fair price to fix it they so introduced me to a Sales Manager who was able to take the vehicle in on trade and put me in a BRAND NEW car. They were extremely helpful with the entire process start to finish. They heard me out and got me into exactly what I was looking for now I have a new car with full warranty and it came with 3 years of maintenance. I am very happy and will be back here for my next vehicle.

I have purchased 3 QX80 vehicles from your dealership over the last 7 years. Previous years before I had owned 2 Cadillac Escalades. The QX 80 in my view is far more comfortable and a better buy!
