Went for a scheduled oil change. Waited about 1 hour, which is pretty normal. Was treated with respectful & courteous service from the service adviser. Have been going to this dealership for a long time. I would recommend them for your service needs.

Bought this vehicle in 2014 and started having minor problems but due to wear and tear,but had an major accident and even no one got hurt due to support bar . But no air bags deployed . Very concerned.

It was a simple and smooth experience from scheduling to service! The service manager Kenneth works with his team of technicians as well as writing up service ticket, check ins/outs while giving great customer service!

The car is everything that I need with the space to accommodate myself, friends, grandchildren, groceries , etc very comfortably. I love the way it handles, the design, the interior and especially the color.

Narrowed to three finalists and the QX60 was head and shoulders above the competition. Price was also higher but the difference seemed to justify the INFINITY. On the highway it is a pleasure.

I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

Very good car so far with more amenities than I knew rides well with great acceleration and gas mileage. There are blind spots that’s take getting use to. Love it

Wanted something special and an up grade. Needed a nice family car that I can travel etc. I would buy another one with no problem

Max and Sam were very helpful and accommodating. Answered all my questions and provided information. I did a test drive and liked very much but eventually thought the vehicle might be a little bigger than I want or able to fit in my garage. I would definitely recommend Little House Of Cars.

This car has a nice interior. The three row seating is nice except the 3rd row is a little cramped concerning leg room. Great family car.

I love the space inside. Don't feel cramped. Back seat passengers have space and the a/c works great! Would like if they would have put cup holders behind shift and seat control elegance so they don't get turned on in error.

Recently bought a beautiful 2018 Sienna from this dealership! I can't believe that got approved for financing, after going to 3 other dealerships and everyone turned me down, saying that I have two many cars under my name already! Honestly when I got here I still had in my mind that getting approved is impossible, but Andrei did such a great job! He really knows financing and how to take care of people! I recommend them to everyone!

This car has everything I need and so much more. It's got plenty of room for all 7 passengers, a lot of room for storage and all the bells & whistles. I look forward to driving it for many years to come.

9/27/2022 - Rick P. at Kenosha Toyota is a great person. He is an honest and straight forward specialist, providing me with all the information available. There is no pressure in buying anything there. They are always very social able and you always feel good leaving the dealership whether you buy a car there or not. Their customer service is great and it is what all car dealerships should be like. My old Rav4 just had a blow head gasket. I urgently needed a new car. I went to multiple dealership nearby and was expected to pay over $10,000 in fees that was not unnecessary. Mark up fees of $4,500, ceramic coating (that it is already applied at the manufacturing plant and I have to pay for it) service fee of $1,800. I was very upset leaving those dealerships knowing well that they were screwing me over for bogus fees even though I didn't buy a car there. At Kenosha Toyota, I couldn't be any happier. I purchased a car that I felt good paying for it. I felt good that I was not screwed by them and felt the pressure to buy. If you are looking for a new car, see what Kenosha Toyota has in inventory and visit them first before you go to the other dealers. The car looks and drives excellent. This is our second qx60. Great quality and comfort lots of features and plenty of room for the family to stretch out.

It’s rare to find someone as patient and understanding as Erick. He made a stressful process actually enjoyable.

Looks good, drives good, never had any issues with the car, and with over 120K miles still drives like new. We use this car for everything, soccer practice and road trips. no issues just change the oil and drive.
