I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

We have either owned or driven every 3 row suv out there. We have a 22 Pathfinder as well is great too. We picked the qx over a yukon a caddilac xt6,jeep overland and a wagoneer series 2 if you drive one i bet you will too.

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

Sandy is the best! I take my car to her anytime I need even the smallest amount of service work done. Sandy is friendly, caring, professional, super detailed oriented, and always goes above and beyond to make sure my car is running in tip top condition. Sandy always looks out for my best interest and never tries to sell me something I don’t need. I have the utmost confidence in Sandy and know when she says my car needs a service or part it really does need it! Also, every time I have taken my car in the mechanics and their level of craftsmanship is through the roof. First of all, this is a beautiful SUV. We bought a used 2019 Luxe with 41,000k miles. I actually prefer it than the 2022 version in terms of exterior styling. Many consider that interior to be outdated, but I think the proper word is outlasted. There's a reason why they haven't changed this interior very much over the years. It is extremely reliable. It has physical buttons. Sometimes an upgrade in technology isn't always the best especially in a vehicle where reliability is paramount. The legendary VQ V6 is still top notch averaging us a combined 22-23 mpg which is great. My friend's 2015 QX60 has 206,000 miles and has no issues with proper scheduled maintenance. The CVT on this one great compared to its Nissan counterpart. The ride is plush but not as plush as a Lexus RX350. It is a bit more on the sporty side, and that's ok. You do not want to be too disconnected to the road. I think what tops it off is the incredible value it offers compared to our other options that we've looked at: Nissan Pathfinder Platinum, VW Atlas, Lexus GX460, and Audi Q7. Overall this beat all of them.

Toby and staff was excellent thus far but the reason for auto having to be towed back in the same day was because after initial repair for my AC repair I picked up car was super cleaned and staff was excellent but then I drove vehicle home and as I was parking the malfunction sensor for the Power Steering malfunctioned in dash and I lost complete control of steering wheel it just spun around not moving tires and I almost crashed into my car port which to me is a major Safety issue that should never happen the fact it did not fail on a busy street or highway is a miracle did not incur injury or death which has now caused me severe anxiety regarding the profomance of my vehicle in the prevention of this to ever be able to happen again. I will call consumer affairs now as in the past 2 plus years more then I would ever dream of this car has spent.more time in getting repaired and has had almost every repair imaginable. I am not please with Nissan Infiniti products this far with my first purchase and feel this car is a complete lemon. I have no faith my complaint will be taken into account and I am stuck with a car that keeps breaking down and I still own over 15k in payments which by now my car is worthless due to said repairs. Im not pleased with that at all. should never happen which I lost all control of the Steering of wheel. I called Infinti Road side and they towed it 5 miles and I had to pay only $11 for the Tow The idea of this even failing on the highway would have caused serious accident or even God forbid a fatally to my self or others. The incident has caused me alot of anxiety of the Safety of my vehicle. I will be calling consumer affairs to report this and the multitude of repairs my vehicle has endured in the last 2 plus years.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

I was well taken care of by Toby. He is always informative and takes the time to walk through and review the services that I had requested. Overall, everyone I had contact with were helpful and courteous.
