Hurricanes cause havoc whenever they arrive in a state. For most of my life, I have been terribly lucky. I have never lost a home, a loved one, or any large ticket item, like a car. Then, Irma hit. My neighborhood had never flooded, not in 14 years. We do not even live in a flood plane. I was worried about the wind though and moved my new to me car (a Toyota Avalon Hybrid XLE Touring Edition in Ooh La la Moulin Rouge) from my driveway to the street to avoid a treepocalypse (A tree landing on my car). Turns out my trees were the least of my worries. While we had flash flood warnings throughout the night, and a few close calls with the pool overflowing, I never thought my street would flood. I woke up the next morning to my neighbors banging on my door telling me my car needed to be moved. It was already too late, it was thoroughly flooded. I was devastated. I loved that car. I smiled every time I drove it. In less than a day I knew the car was going to be totaled. I started looking for a new Avalon Hybrid to no avail. My husband found a Lexus 300h at a place near us in Jacksonville. It looked like a good deal if and only if, you could overlook it had obviously been in an accident and no one wanted to admit it at THAT dealership. In addition, the buying experience at that first dealership was awful. I only have one word to describe that other dealership, "Sketchy." I walked away because it just felt wrong. My husband than found the same car, only with more bells and whistles, at Daytona Infiniti. I emailed the dealer and talked to Chris Stevens a couple of times and scheduled an appointment to drive down on a Friday. He called to confirm several times, and I even gave him updates on our progress through traffic. When we arrived, it was later than expected. I had a long, emotional couple of weeks up until that point and was probably not easy to deal with. But, Chris Stevens, David Hildenbrand and Dean Vasile made my experience at Daytona Infiniti one to be remembered. They were very patient with me (I was exhausted and emotional). They handled my tears like champions. They were all extremely professional and stayed with us on that Friday night to try and make a deal. They close at 8 but stayed until 10:30. I felt horrible keeping them away from their families, but they continued to tell me not to worry. It was getting late and I was exhausted. We really could not get anywhere because all the lenders were closed. They asked if we could drive back in the morning from Jacksonville. It was then my husband told them we knew we were not going to reach a deal late on a Friday night and we already had a hotel room ready, but we would be back in the morning. The next morning, we arrived and Chris, David and Dean were ready to get back to work for us. Chris Stevens, David Hildenbrand, and Dean Vasile, were amazing team who worked tirelessly to get me into the car I wanted. They did whatever was necessary to put me in that Lexus. I have to say they even went above and beyond when they completely detailed my husband's truck and filled it with gas for the ride home the next day. I can honestly say, I hope I never have to go through what I did with another car; but if I did, I would definitely go back to Daytona Infiniti. It was a totally different car buying experience. Fabulously phenomenal is the only words I have for my experience with this group of consummate professionals. Chris even called several times to find out if I still loved the car. I just have to say, I love it more and more every day. It could only be better if it was Ooh La La Moulin Rouge in color! :) The pearl is pretty though. P.S. It was also our anniversary, so they put a bow on the car!

Best car I've owned

My daily commute is approximately 90 minutes one-way. Once I purchased my Infinity Q60, it seems near minutes vs. hours behind the windshield. Infinity Q60, with the 3.0-liter twin turbo, fully adjustable seats, Infinity INTOUCH system makes a fantastic car to drive. And I look good driving it.
We bought a car from Arianne Pemberton, at Sanford Infiniti, she was the awesome. We loved the whole process, unlike other dealerships we have bought from.
Not only that but the care they give afterwards is amazing. I had trouble with a tire going flat because of a screw. Pulled into the first tire place, they were no help. Called Arianne she sent me the nearest Infiniti dealership , not only that but called them to let them know I was coming and what the problem was.
Damion at Daytona Infiniti ,took great care of the car and kept me updated.
Thank you for your wonderful service!

Love the Suv drives great and has been a fun family vehicle. Took the Suv for a trade in and was upside down by almost 6 thousand. I rather keep the Suv than take that loss
I was referred to Dean from infinity by my sister and was very impressed by his professionalism and will recommend him to others. He made me feel comfortable in this big buying experience and got me what I wanted for the price I needed!
Thanks Dean

This drives more like a car than a SUV. Love the inside. and outside. The car cameras are great but can be confusing when multiple views are on. Otherwise the car has been wonderful so far.
This is my second time buying a new car in the past 30 years:-)! My expereince could not have been any better. First the sales rep comes in on his day off to handle my "iffy" decision on "maybe" buying a new car. I met Dean on a Sunday afternoon at the Dealership in a very comfortable atmosphere. The Dealership was quiet, immaculate and well laid out. We sat in his office just chatting about the QX70 and all the options i wanted on a car. Dean was very transparent with his figures and how he came up with the trade in and bottome line. Needless to say, the QX70 Limited Edition was what i wanted but too expense. Dean sat back, and said, we have several options so lets discuss what best works for you - we did - and I BOUGHT the Dream Car QX70 base on very helpful information. I leased it and am so VERY excited to have this Beautiful machine in my garage!
The Sales Manager was extremely helpful, polite and not pushy. The entire proces took approx. 3 hours and it was very smooth.
Dean's personality was perfect, i felt like i was dealing with a family member (nephew :-), very comfortable and casual conversations.
I HIGHLY recommend this dealership as well as Dean and Dameon!
I LOVE MY CAR!!

The QX60 is an excellent family car. It is comfortable and roomy, while remaining high end and luxurious at the same time. The third row has more room than most.
I think I was one of the first customers to walk into the dealership when it had just opened. I was tire kicking, and I ended up going home with a car I had always dreamed of. Dean was not a salesman at all. He was more of a facilitator. He answered all my questions, and gave me free reign to drive anything on the lot to make up my mind. This was by far the best large ticket item purchase experience I have ever had. Please don't hesitate to visit Dean! You'll be glad you did.

Super happy I bought this amazing SUV. I test drove all competitive vehicles and chose this over them all and glad I did. I considered an Audi Q7 but this was $15k less expensive.
Sales Rep. Jermaine Lewis' easy-going, personal, no pressure style was greatly appreciated, especially since I was a little nervous going in. He let the vehicle sell itself. And it did. Nissans are great vehicles. Especially the one I bought. I didn't trade-in my old Nissan, which is 18 years old, has 307,000 + miles on it, and is cherry - I'm keeping it - now I have two. God Bless America, and Nissans made by Americans in Canton Mississippi!

Plush, Fun to Drive & Perfect for Long Trips

The interior of the QX60 is truly a masterpiece - by far the most beautiful and thoughtfully designed vehicle interior I’ve ever seen. Driving this car is so easy and enjoyable - negative reviews about the handling and performance were a total wash for me. In comparison to other brands we test drove, this Infiniti rides like a dream. It’s incredibly smooth, quiet, and has PLENTY of “umph” when you need it; let’s face it, if you’re looking for a 7-passenger SUV to haul around kids or larger groups of people in style (and cannot bring yourself to buy a minivan), you don’t need to go from 0 to 60 in 4.8 seconds. This is the PERFECT car for long trips with the family - it’s amazing how much space they’ve managed to create in this vehicle for the driver AND all passengers without it feeling like you’re driving a bus. Couldn’t be happier with the QX60!
