This car has a nice interior. The three row seating is nice except the 3rd row is a little cramped concerning leg room. Great family car.

This is in response to my very bad service experience. Through my proactive, unrelenting perseverance the GM and service manager heard me. I was not required to wait until November for them to take the time to find out why my new Santa fe kept shutting off in my driveway. I brought the car in and waited 3 hours for service to try to identify the issue snd test drive it. They were unable to ID the problem but have ordered a range selector switch. In ten days they will call when part arrives. Previous year models had this part issue. My service manager Brian McClure was excellent. I feel the service staff are better organized than before.They were cordial with all customers. I thank the GM for his sincerity and caring.

Looks good, drives good, never had any issues with the car, and with over 120K miles still drives like new. We use this car for everything, soccer practice and road trips. no issues just change the oil and drive.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

The staff and Mike Ward Infiniti always takes great care of my 2008 EX35. I bring my car to them from Colorado Springs for maintenance. Arend Macinko checked out a headlight sensor which is now working. This visit, while waiting for my car, I test drove a QX50 and QX55. Ashley Rodriguez-Terrazas was excellent in explaining all the features of each car. Ashley gave me a brochure for each so I can decide on which features I want on my car. Excellent Service! I've had this vehicle for 2 years and I love it. Such a smooth ride for a large SUV. Beautiful on the outside and inside. No mechanical issues whatsoever so far and i'm at 90k miles

I didnt expect how reliable and awesome this vehicle has been for me, and ive tried many throughout the years. Design, handling, structure is all immaculate, price was affordably worthwhile and i havent been at a loss with it.

This car met all my needs, 3 rows, 7 seater with entertainment for my kids for long rides. Lot of leg room front and back.

Overall value is great. Very luxurious interior only downfall is that the car does not have Apple CarPlay Smooth ride and handling. Great styling and interior space.

I bought my Jeep from Ali over a year ago. I've had such poor luck with vehicle purchases in the past that I was very nervous. A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

I wish I could give 6 stars. Annu Achar worked with me on a purchase of a used Subaru Outback. I am out of state and found the car online. Had work on my daughter's car with her massive air flow and turbos. They took the time to make sure that her car was working right and provided a courtesy vehicle when one of the parts was on back were that took about three weeks for it to come in. Jeremy and techs did an excellent job providing service to us and getting her car fixed.

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

Bought this vehicle in 2014 and started having minor problems but due to wear and tear,but had an major accident and even no one got hurt due to support bar . But no air bags deployed . Very concerned.
