Absolutely thrilled with my buying experience! Adam stuck to his word, no pressure or surprise fees. Before doing business with this dealership, I requested to not waste my time. The first vehicle I went to see was nice, but not the right fit for me. No pressure to buy or settle on something I didn’t love. Hi I recently went to Herb Chambers Infiniti and worked with Stivar. Max the sales manager and Brunelle Finance Director. They were very helpful from start to finish in trying to accommodate me in order to be able to purchase a certified pre-used 2025 QX60 Luxe black on black. They went above and beyond to try and get me a fair price. But unfortunately it was still to high for my budget and I cancelled the deal. But I do plan to return again when I'm able to make a purchase for a car in the future and will continue to come in for my service on current vehicle. I know that I'm in good hands when I come over to Herb Chambers Infiniti. That's why I'm coming back in the future. I wish that I was able to get the car but it didn’t work out for me.

Gene Robbins is the best Service manager around. He will do anything he can to take care of you car issue. I had a non warranty covered issue and he worked out a very reasonable way to address the problem. Great job Gene!!

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

Had a great experience at Infiniti of Nashua. Drove over 1.5 hrs just to work with them.
