I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

The car is everything that I need with the space to accommodate myself, friends, grandchildren, groceries , etc very comfortably. I love the way it handles, the design, the interior and especially the color.

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

We have been using Countryside Nissan for servicing our Nissan vehicles for over 10 years. We have received great customer service and have not had any issues with the service performed on our vehicles. And for the last couple of years, BJ our service advisor has been Great. He has done his best when it comes to following-up with us, communicating and addressing our concerns and issues with our vehicle. And even when the news he has to share isn't always the best news, he let's us know what is needed and gives us options so that we can make the best decision for us at that time. We have either owned or driven every 3 row suv out there. We have a 22 Pathfinder as well is great too. We picked the qx over a yukon a caddilac xt6,jeep overland and a wagoneer series 2 if you drive one i bet you will too.

Wouldn't do it any other way. I was very well treated and the buying process was quick and painless. The vehicle I liked was taken offline for 2 days until I was able to go to the dealer and test drive it. I thought that was a pretty nice feature.

This car has a nice interior. The three row seating is nice except the 3rd row is a little cramped concerning leg room. Great family car.

I happened to get paired with jimmy and he went out and took a long and detailed video on his cell phone of the car for me to see if it’s something I’d like to fly out for. I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

Buying cars are a necessary evil, at least for me. Ali made the experience less painful. He was courteous, knowledgeable and "no pressure.'

I do about 10,000 miles per month on average and I’m very happy with my fourth QX80. Service manager Tony stays actively involved with our vehicle vehicles that come in for service even if it’s for something as simple as an oil change you make sure that Service writers are on point with helping schedule our maintenance even with our busy schedules. Never have anything negative to say. Definitely my favorite Infiniti dealership.

Not a review writer, but had to share the great experience. Went to multiple dealers and left frustrated with lack of willingness to deal or even return a call. This was not the case with Chicago auto place. Robert made the whole transaction super simple with zero pressure. Car needed a few small items and he took care of them with out question and had the car ready a day before I was expecting it. Robert was able to match my private bank low APR. Of the 15 cars I’ve purchased this was by far the best experience. Highly recommend.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.
