I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

My wife and I hadn't been looking around for too long for a new, used car to replace our old one before the winter, but we had gone to a handful of other dealerships before ending up at Anderson Automotive. This helped put into perspective just how great of an experience it was working with Brandon. He was upfront about everything, kind, and professional. Where other dealerships would try to get us to raise how much we were willing to spend, Brandon worked with our budget and helped the process of buying a car be actually enjoyable. A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

This car has a nice interior. The three row seating is nice except the 3rd row is a little cramped concerning leg room. Great family car.
