Damon Sleeper, the salesperson, was excellent in showing us the car, telling us about it and explaining the cost - whether we lease or buy outright. We started our car shopping experience online due to a negative experience during our last purchase at a different Nissan dealership. We had never done so much online before and weren't sure what to expect. We were matched to Tyler C and when we arrived on the lot for the first time and Tyler greeted us it was as if we were already part of the Bommarito family. The experience could not have been better. When it came time to complete financing we were passed to Greg F who was equally amazing. He took us through the process with such professionalism that we knew we had picked the best team to give our business to. The car is everything that I need with the space to accommodate myself, friends, grandchildren, groceries , etc very comfortably. I love the way it handles, the design, the interior and especially the color.

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

I've had this vehicle for 2 years and I love it. Such a smooth ride for a large SUV. Beautiful on the outside and inside. No mechanical issues whatsoever so far and i'm at 90k miles

This is my fifth infinity and by far the best car I?ve owned three of my Infiniti purchases. I picked up the car. Two of the online purchases were shipped to the appearance of the dealership this ranks 2 out of 10. very little contact with the sales manager the salesman was very friendly and tried, but his knowledge of the car was average. The business manager wasted a lot of my time and overall we are total buying experience was below average. I?m going to put down that I would recommend this dealer to a friend but with the caveat that buyer beware and needs to check what he?s getting.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.
