Very happy! Excellent service department. From the valet parking through the service advisor, in this case Mike, ( sorry forgot his last name) to the technicians.
Everybody was very polite, very helpful and very knowledgeable.
I utilized the "express service' for a quick oil change in middle of day - no wait, spent about 1/2 hour at dealership - they explained service and recommendations for upcoming 45,000 mile service - great to know ahead of time so there won't be any surprises. I appreciated that they did not scare me into thinking that I needed to do additional services today as I was not prepared for a longer stay or a more costly service. Victor Chaves was professional and patient. He also encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions. Reception staff are always courteous and professional, especially Val (who now works in another department but makes a point to say hello whenever I come in).
I drive over 300 miles to come to this dealership and these service consultants specifically. I won’t take my car anywhere else. I trust these guys completely with anything my car needs- they don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need

This was by FAR the best car buying experience i've ever had. I can't say enough good things about this dealership, very friendly and accommodating staff. I have to personally say thank you to the sales manager Kyle Faiman without him i don't think i would be driving an Infiniti. Kyle helped the deal from start to finish and personally followed up the next day to thank me for doing business with them. i'm so happy! i highly recommend this dealership to ANYBODY!!
I just want to say thank you to Mark in the tire depertment. We were having trouble in the snow with the tires we had on our 15 Taurus. We had asked Mark what tires he would recommend and he came to us with the perelli ones that would fitake our car. I wasn't sure because I had some difficulty with perelli before. We went with his suggestion and we are glad. The road noise went away and the tires do great in the snow. We just happened to get a bunch right after we got the new tires. So it was a good test. So thank you Mark for knowing your stuff.
My fourth Infiniti from 3 dealerships. The best experience thus far. That's high praise considering the exceptional experience from each dealer. Arrieann Pemberton made the difference. Patient and focused on making the buying experience pleasant. We traded a vehicle and purchased a certified pre owned. She was attentive, anticipating issues and addressing them proactively. The deal was quick, the numbers were right the first time and my wife and I left feeling great about our new car. I bought a used vehicle from Crest. The conditions of sale was somewhat challenging due to the condition of the vehicle. As I understood it, the vehicle was a trade-in that had not gone through the regular service and sale readiness. Tire, rear light and other minor parts had to be replaced, but I had to agree to buy the vehicle before these services were performed. The vehicle couldn't be properly checked out because regular things like remote etc were not working. I agreed to buy the vehicle because I liked the vehicle and trusted Crest's reputation. Things got complicated when some of the important options were not working after the services were completed. The salesman (Jolly) was understanding, but the manager (Steve) didn't want to fix anything else on the vehicle. Luckily, the malfunctioning options only needed proper operation.and adjustments. 2 days after the vehicle was picked up, we noticed that the A/C was not functioning properly. The vehicle was taken back to Crest for diagnosis. A rental vehicle was provided while the vehicle was being serviced. The service department initially requested that I pay $400.00 of the cost of $1,600.00 to get it fixed. They later waived the $400.00 charge. Although I had some problems with the buying experience, the eventual result was positive. The 5* is to show appreciation for the commitment to customer satisfaction.
We purchased our SRX in Florida and drove to Texas 4/6/2016. On our way the service engine light came on and at our arrival in Dallas called Crest for service. At 9am. 4/7, I took our car to Crest and received the best service experience, coordinated by Paul Zugelder. Not only was the engine problem corrected, but an oil filter leak was found and corrected. I have tried to give this positive customer feedback directly to Cadillac, but my survey will not complete. I would rate Crest a 10+ and Paul Zugelder a 20+for our experience.
My partner and I met Kyle Junek at the Denver Auto show, and asked him questions about the 2017 Honda CR-V line-up. Kyle was informative, answered our questions, and had us visiting him at the dealership two days later to get more details. Kyle told us the MSRP of the car, the price of our requested accessories (plus labor and installation), available dealer incentives, and gave me a firm number for my trade-in that was very fair. And, Schomp Honda has no dealer handling fees! While it seemed like a good deal, we shopped another Denver dealership (which shall remain nameless) just to ensure the deal was solid. The typical car sales shenanigans ensued (we'll give you between $9k and $10k for your car, we have incentives between $1k and $1,500, our dealership handling fee is $599, but we'll beat any price. So go find a lower price and bring it back to us and we'll beat it. No thank you! Not only was the process surprisingly painless, but Kyle went above and beyond. I was indecisive on a half dozen accessories. He had them all ordered, and in stock, when we were ready to do the paperwork on the car, and tested them each out on the car to allow me to determine if I wanted it or not. What customer service. I highly encourage anyone in the market for a new Honda to run, not walk, to Schomp Honda and ask for Kyle Junek!
We came in looking for a late model Odyssey to replace a sedan recently lost in an accident, and chose Schomp for its superior selection and no-haggle policy. We liked our sales rep, Sandy Han, from the first phone contact. Upon meeting her in person, we quickly bonded, aided by her chance resemblance to our sister in law (also ethnic Chinese and also a first-generation immigrant, among other similarities). Sandy was very pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive, and quickly found out any answers she did not know off the top of her head. Our test drives were good, and she helped us learn some of the electronics on the dashboards of our test vans. We enjoyed working with Sandy very much. We also had brief contact with a couple of management personnel, and they were pleasant enough, although their names escape us. The process took rather longer than we expected, mainly because we chose to finance, which perforce meant another round of paperwork. A lesser reason was that we were in no especial hurry to end the experience. Our purchase of a 2015 Odyssey effectively gives us His and Hers minivan, as our new (to us) Odyssey joins a 2001 Odyssey we've had for 14 years and which is still going strong at 150,000 miles. The next time we need a new car (which we hope won't be for a long time) Schomp will definitely be on our short list.

"You have a problem." These were the words I heard on the phone prior to walking into the dealership doors at Russell Westbrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. That person who told me that was my own Mother. This was potentially my fourth car purchase in less than 14 months. So ya I have a problem, so what?!?! I went to another dealer this past weekend, for the same vehicle, 2017 Ram Rebel Black on Black with Alpine Sound system. That dealership had me in their showroom for 4.5 hours and to no avail, no deal. Not their fault a complication with my setup. I live in L.A. and didn't want to drive back to another county to grab the car. Traffic in LA is bad. So I figured I'd try to give these guys owned by the Famous Basketball player a shot. I walk-in after setting an appointment. Told them my price and Amir kept it real and told me that he would make the deal happen for me. Four (4) minutes later BOOM! We shook. Even after some things came up with the financing and an address switch, the process with easy smooth and stress free. EVERYONE that wants to buy a MOPAR product needs to come here. Don't bother elsewhere. These guys are fantastic. All of them. Mirna in Finance was especially patient and great to speak to during our time together. Sergio was easy to work with, and extremely informed walking me through all of the great features on the car. And Amir...what can I say. He and I will do lunch in the future.
