This SUV is incredible. It's very quick, quiet, and it's extremely comfortable. Combine that with the best looking exterior in its class and the fact that it's 10x better than the previous model and it's a winner.

Chris Calltharp did an excellent job finding us the perfect luxury suv, a QX 60. We visited many other dealerships to look at an explorer, pathfinder, blazer, rx350, Range Rover, Toyota and some used suvs at Carmax. It was time for a spring checkup for my INFINITY with a coupon that I received. From the pickup of my vehicle by a very nice gentleman to the service was smooth. I had my oil and filter changed, tires rotated and all wheel alignment done. During inspection they discovered that my belts were worn and cracked and I needed a replacement filter for the cabin. I had them do the belts and I will replace that in cabin filter. They did an amazing job and I received a video showing how work was needed. They communicate with texts and kept me informed of the process. They sent a link to pay and had my car dropped off by a nice young man who made the process smooth and easy. Thank you for such a great process.

When I drove up there, was someone waiting for me, and my service guy came out right away. I explained the services that I needed.. He made sure that my car was taken care of. He came back to check on me? And it didn?t take very long at all. When they brought my car to me, it was shining like new. The car wash is also amazing to whom that washes.. And just to let you know, mama Mechanic was awesome. He sent me everything that?s needed for my vehicle.. This is the only place I will go to to have my car serviced thank you, Infiniti Sanford location.
