When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
Really love this vehicle.

Spacious and quiet. Great value for the $ you def want this vehicle. Great options. Huge wheels get a lot of compliments. Very nimble for its size.
This dealership had exactly what I was looking for. My dream truck & thanks to Max & Darius these guys made the dream a reality. They were super nice and extremely patient yet worked hard to get me a great deal in a short time. Max was awesome and very knowledgeable about the truck. Great vehicle with lots of room, techincal comforts and style. If looking at an Escalade, X5, Range Rover or Danali, try the QX80. great value.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I have always wanted this vehicle back when it was the QX56. Previously I owed a FX35. Well I finally bought my dream QX80. It has all t he bells and whistles I love in my cars plus some. I am 6' 3", 230 and it gives me all the leg room I need. I truly enjoy the 13 Bose speakers, navigation system and the Satellite radio. The safety features are out of "star wars"....stops the vehicle before I do in a projected critical traffic situation. The builders engineers thought up all most everything for this vehicle except City/Highway gas mileage. I really wish they had engineered the fuel burn to be close to 30 MPG as possible. 14.5 average hwy don't get it bro! They have to do better in that area. When they do, I will trade my 2015 in for a upgraded QX whatever number. Other then that you will truly enjoy this engineering marvel.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. It is better than I thought it would be and I had pretty high hopes for this vehicle. My wife and I can't believe how beautiful this vehicle is inside and out.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

This is our second QX80. The overall technological improvements over our last are noticeable. One area of improvement would be to have more USB ports. Currently it only has one. Another area of Improvement would be the Infinity App. Most vehicles today have an app which allows you to start, run diagnostics schedule service etc...the current app from infinity is poor at best.
The Staff at Modern Infiniti are Professional, Informative, and Eager to Support their Customers. I had a scheduled appointnent in the service dept. The service process was efficient, and was not time consuming.
I was offered a beverage, and was directed to the very accommodating and clean, service waiting area. Which offered guest wifi, and cable television.

This vehicle is really nice, spacious. It has a lot of power. One major downfall for me is, its a gas guzzler. It has lots of buttons and whistles and i still haven't had the chance to figure everything out.
Really good experience! Just purchased a QX80 and could not be happier. They are one of the most competitive dealerships in the SE on their pricing. I drove three hours and passed many Infiniti dealerships on the way. Customer service is amazing too! If you are in the market for an Infiniti, give these guys a call first... you won’t regret it!

Lots of seating with all the luxury you could want for creature comforts. Smooth and silky ride with power and a true feeling of safety.
I had been looking for a lightly-used Q70 for a month or so, Cars.Com alerted me to a stunning blue 2016 with only 3k miles at Modern. I negotiated a deal and trade-in over the phone and drove down from Michigan. Very pleasant buying experience, the team at the dealership had me out the door in my new car within a couple of hours.

Love it! I bought slightly used and was able to afford a vehicle that I never thought I could afford. I love all of the safety features, and I feel very safe in it.
I know their service department is second to none and did a thorough job inspecting it so therefore it will be a reliable vehicle for my future. It is extremely comfortable and so beautiful too!

Bought it used from Enterprise w/20K miles. Great price! Simply love the luxury, performance, COMFORT and security of this vehicle. Probably my favorite vehicle in 30 years. Mileage is not bad at all - average btn 13-16 with mix of city and light highway. If it weren't for the lousy Long Island traffic it would be much better.
The folks in Service are always super-nice and accommodating. Bought my M35x used elsewhere, but the service Dept. has always given us excellent service, and for a "luxury" brand, the pricing has been reasonable. Personal touch done well. Never a problem getting a loaner to drive.

Only negatives are it needs to be about one foot longer so there could be more storage space behind the back seats. Also, the way you have to remove part of the bumper to get to the trailer hitch stinks. If you pulled a trailer once a year it would be bad enough but I pull one about once a week and it is a pain to have to take off and put back on.
