Purchase: October 2018 Working with Scott Sokoloff at Infinity was easy from the first test drive to the final signing of the my 2018 pre-owned certified Infiniti Q50. Scott gave me necessary information on the features of the cars that I was interested in and then informed me when a pre-owned certified car that matched my preferences became available. Previously I had gone to Infiniti of Westwood and I did not feel that my experience there was anywhere close to the service that I received in Nashua. The negotiating and buying process at Albrechtauto Infiniti of Nashua, NH was streamlined and took one week to finalize everything. The negotiating was conducted mainly through email and was completed with my hundred percent satisfaction including high trade-in value of my 2009 Toyota Corolla. When I came back in to the dealership to close the sale, Infiniti staff seamlessly completed the financial portion, final car check. As a MA resident this dealership knew exactly how to acquire a MA title and registration without me putting in extra time and effort. Even after the sale was completed, Scott made sure that I was completely satisfied by checking in weeks later and by immediately answering a couple final questions that I had. Exceptional customer service and great value allows me to give Infiniti of Nashua my highest recommendation and make them my first choice.

My son and I came in to look at a used car on 12/1/2018. After meeting with Suzanne she introduced me to Sean. Sean is a great person to work with and not pushy at all, even took the time to get to know my son and myself. In fact, every person I had contact with was very polite and personable, a trait that is hard to find at car dealerships these days. Every employee did what they could to accommodate my terms and are very reasonable in both my trade and their vehicle. Even though I could not make a deal this evening and had to think about the deal overnight there was no pressure at all and that has earned my Business and respect. This was by far the best car buying experience that we have ever had. David Moretti was very accommodating and had a great attention to the small but important details. He was very personable and certainly made us feel like we were talking with an old friend. We would highly recommend David and all of the Michaud TEAM to any perspective car buyers. (In fact, we have already referred him to our daughter and son-in-law!)
What an awesome experience from start to finish let me tell you about Auto Wholesalers of Hooksett. My daughter Mackenzie was purchasing a car this would be her first loan for a car. I emailed them in the morning requesting information on a car for my daughter Mackenzie giving them the price range on what I was looking for for her loan Danny Lalanne one of the sales people txd me back within the 1/2 hour. It was early so I was a bit surprised that he contacted me back so fast. We discussed back and forth what would be good for Makenzie and I let him know that I would be down in late morning to see what they had for inventory. I arrived with my best and her husband with Kenzie and kenzies best friend to check out the cars. Danny was ready with all the sets of keys and with a awesome dimener.Kenzie and her best friend went into all the cars that Danny had pointed out. We asked Danny about the Nissan Versa that was only 2 years old. KenIe drove it and loved it. We worked out the pricing with Matt finance manager he was very accommodating in helping with the information on the loan and the price.... Kaitlin the general manager was there she was awesome to talk to and had knowledge of the vehicle another pleasant person that we were dealing with. The Whole experience was awesome. Danny was the best part of it!!!! I would go back if I ever needed to look for another car and work with Danny again.....

I strongly recommend this dealer. They always have a brand new loaner car when i take the car in for service. I leased a QX60 from them three years ago. Every time i have had service they are professional and courtesy. Matt Shafman has always made sure my car was ready and service was completed before i came in to pick up. They even wash the car ever time i get service. The interior lights would not turn on i called and told them, they said to just bring it in without an appointment and they would take a quick look it was just a fuse only 5 minutes to fix and then they washed it. Love this place.
Great, easy, personable experience. I would recommend you give them a look if you are in the market for a car. As with any big purchase, do your homework, know the value of your trade, no the value of the car you want, understand where you stand if you need financing. If you do everything beforehand it makes things easier and more realistic for everyone involved.
