You know Brad I let my husband take care of the cars. He loves his Honda and the Service Advisor. He also comes back and tells me about Christine, Brandon, Rebecca and now Rachel. You were wise not to give him a job there , just kidding but he has very high expectations for Customer Service. From the day that I purchased the Qx50 , not really his type of car, he has put the care in the hands of Christine. It's awful if Christine is off, on vacation. I am sure there are capable people there, but Christine must know her cars and her customers. She doesn't sell him anything because she knows he has his own car log. I don't know that anyone is perfect, but because of his background Christine and networked with her contacts to help look for a job during the most battle of Covid and Unemployment. Who does that? My husband and people persons like Christine.

Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. I have been working on getting a car for weeks now, honestly I was going to throw in the towel, I was beyond frustrated with the process in it's entirety. I had gone to as is dealer, the car had warning lights as soon as it started. I tried a "Home delivery" website (I won't mention it here) and after days of putting me through the ringer the denied the sale hours before delivery. I even went to a name brand car dealer but the were high presser and instead of working with the budget I wanted they were pushing a new car, which would have raised my insurance and cost far more than I wanted. Finally I went to easyauto, let me tell you, they're not kidding. Alex was outstanding! He endured my stubborn, picky and pain in the pants ways, not only did I get my mini but his customer service was excellent. He was friendly, and worked with my budget on what I wanted to pay and what wanted as a car. He did ask if I would be interested in something other than a Mini, and I told him if it came to it I'd let him try 😉 By the end of the paperwork I got to pick from 2 different minis. The car I bought has a 30 day warranty, they offer a extended warrenty and gap insurance as well. Alex was professional, an excellent read on people. He worked with me and my budget, and honestly I'm sorry I wasted my time anywhere else. I recommend any one who wants a used car, to check out easyauto, the cars were high quality, well maintained and everyone in there was friendly and welcoming. Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

My dad and I were selling out 2019 Grand Sport Corvette when we noticed Auto Direct Corvettes. I sent an email to Bob and had a very professional conversation, and expressed I wanted this to be a stream lined process. He assured us it would be. We got together on price then drove from Long Island to Auto Direct and had a great experience from the point of walking in to selling the car. Bob and Chad are true to form keeping their word, no stories just experience. Their show room was beautiful and I highly recommend checking them out if interested in a corvette.

I just bought the QX80 and only having it 3 days, i really like it. It is quite, runs smooth, still trying to figure out all of the options, (i.e.) radio, navigation and hands free cell phone, but I will get there soon. I know the gas mileage is not great, but that's ok for now. I have no major complaints as of now

What hit me first was how clean the cars were inside. Not just vacuumed - really taken care of. Even the glove box was tidy. I’ve seen a lot of dealerships, but none with this level of attention. Shows real respect for the customer.

This SUV is incredible. It's very quick, quiet, and it's extremely comfortable. Combine that with the best looking exterior in its class and the fact that it's 10x better than the previous model and it's a winner.

I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

This is my second Infiniti. I still own my 1st one which presently has 312,500 plus mile. It was very reliable. I wanted a vehicle that had everything I wanted in it. So, I purchased it. I love it is all I can say.

I had my previous Infiniti I35 serviced there and they were excellent. The sales team was professional and the QX60 had everything that I needed and wanted in a luxury vehicle~ Very nice dealership! I highly recommend Circle Infiniti.

I bought the car recently. I would recommend if you want a nice interior and don't need all of the fancy tech that are in the newer rivals. I like the off road capability as we drive on the beach a lot and occasionally have to drive on some tougher trails. The comfort is really good though not quite as good as the new GMC Yukon Denali with the air suspension. The interior is reasonably plush but not as nice as the Navigator. It is just a step above the new Expedition or on par with the Yukon Denali. The main reason I bought the QX80 was for its off road capability. We have already done some moderate off roading and it performed flawlessly. The power is adequate. Not fast, but plenty for almost everyone. The only complaints are that the transmission is a bit lacking on gears.

I recently purchased my second Infiniti after owning my first for 10 years. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Never any pressure. The service department is great ! They helped locate a ‘like new’ Infotainment screen replacement for my EX35 and installed it at a reasonable price. Just like new !! I love my new QX55
