This is my second Infiniti. I still own my 1st one which presently has 312,500 plus mile. It was very reliable. I wanted a vehicle that had everything I wanted in it. So, I purchased it. I love it is all I can say.

This SUV is incredible. It's very quick, quiet, and it's extremely comfortable. Combine that with the best looking exterior in its class and the fact that it's 10x better than the previous model and it's a winner.

The Sensory trim model offers excellent amenities and comfort options. A very quiet and smooth ride not lacking of power. The electronics are simple to learn and easy to use.

I went in this past Saturday to test drive a car and the associate I worked with was amazing. Not pushy... Very personable and friendly! Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

Had a very good overall experience with the various team members. Of all the dealers we connected with, which were several, Ira Acura of Westwood was the most transparent. Only part that we would rate a little lower is the final finance process wait took alot longer than we were prepared for, and would like to wait. Would be nice to have more than 2 finance mangers, especially on the busy weekend days. This is why we rated the overall as 4 stars. Other than that, everything else was great!

Very nice truck. Only thing missing is massage seats and better fuel mileage with Premium fuel. Otherwise, I love it as it is still makes heads turn.

We got a very nice deal on this one owner doctors wife's automobile. The QX 80 is a fine SUV to travel in and around town as well. It's very safe, has plenty of power and has all the bells and whistles that limited edition should have. The fuel mileage is excellent for such a large vehicle with this much power. And it will pull a camper or trailer with ease. All weather driving is not a problem at all. We love it.

Selection of autos and proximity to Lexus and Mercedes and currently owned an Infiniti G35. I thought I was getting the less experienced sales rep. However, cudos to Hector for his patienceo aften needing to repeat things. I was determined not to buy there so did not come prepared with docs necessary for a smoothe transaction. I just bought the QX80 and only having it 3 days, i really like it. It is quite, runs smooth, still trying to figure out all of the options, (i.e.) radio, navigation and hands free cell phone, but I will get there soon. I know the gas mileage is not great, but that's ok for now. I have no major complaints as of now
