He was responsive, took the issue seriously, and even reached out to the Acura district rep on my behalf. Thanks to his efforts, Acura agreed to split the cost of a sunroof repair that John Eagle had previously left unresolved. I?m very satisfied with the service at Sterling McCall and plan to return when it?s time for my next vehicle.

I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

QX 80 is very comfortable driving. Despite it's size, maintenance is great. Thieves often mistaken the rear gatelift cover to be something valuable hidden inside thereby forcing it open and causing damage. May be a sign may be necessary. The current look is nice but attractive to thieves who have no idea of what it is.

Walked in and spoke to sales manager Emin, in my typical experience buying a car is very exhausting process but Emin was very friendly never pushed for anything that didn’t seem interested to me. He worked with me on bad credit and got the best rate compared to other dealers/banks. It really took me an hour to decide on car since I had already looked at it through online and rest the process was very smooth. Never pushed on buying extended and gap warranties (even though mostly the only way for them to make money except financing). Overall very pleased with my experience, will be going back for another SUV and recommend other to check out this place as well. Talk to Emin and he won’t waste your valuable time.

Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

Most sturdy, luxurious and roomy car I have owned. I feel safe when driving this car, it is a very smooth ride and a noticeable eye catcher, boy am I blessed.I love the body style. Very professional, great group. Last Tesla I bought was purchased from a group that sells 50-65 teslas a month (idrive in Carrolton tx). Auto Boutique surprised me, and managed a Tesla sale like a group that sells 10x more of these technically challenging vehicles. They got the car added to my Tesla app quickly and I left the dealership able to supercharge and drive 6 hours to my home. The young guys ( Ethen Beck and Enrique Ovalles) were very Tesla literate. I'm a contributor to a tesla owners forum and have over 4 million content views, so I'm not a Tesla Newbie. I have a 2016 model s p85, a 2021 model y dual motor, and now a 2021 refresh model s long range to replace the aging ap1 car. These guys had the recurrent battery report in addition to the carfax so I could skip checking the battery. Staff went into service mode and we checked the error log. They got an update to post before adding the car and so I drove off in great shape!

This car met all my needs. Very comfortable, a smooth drive. Most importantly it has all the gadgets that I love. That’s why I have 3 QX60 QX60 and Q60

My only issue is that the car i was interested in was sold well before I came to look at it and despite asking through the online chat feature for the availability I never received anything prior to my visit. This disconnect between actual inventory and that listed on Cars.com shouldn't have happened. Otherwise I am satisfied with the vehicle I did end up purchasing and the monthly cost is fair for a new vehicle.

Big engine(400 hp), most ground clearance, most luxury features on base model, Infiniti reliability, hassle free sales process(negotiated trade in, purchase price etc all over the phone) elegant quality interior. Tahoe’s/Yukon’s are now a dime a dozen.

Was on the fence in finding a dealership to get my vehicle serviced at. Southwest Infiniti is actually closer to my home but something told me to drive the extra distance and go to Westside. I am confident I made the right decision. Ken Reese is who I had the pleasure in dealing with. I usually don’t leave reviews but I hope this helps anyone who finds themselves in the same boat I was in.

I bought the car recently. I would recommend if you want a nice interior and don't need all of the fancy tech that are in the newer rivals. I like the off road capability as we drive on the beach a lot and occasionally have to drive on some tougher trails. The comfort is really good though not quite as good as the new GMC Yukon Denali with the air suspension. The interior is reasonably plush but not as nice as the Navigator. It is just a step above the new Expedition or on par with the Yukon Denali. The main reason I bought the QX80 was for its off road capability. We have already done some moderate off roading and it performed flawlessly. The power is adequate. Not fast, but plenty for almost everyone. The only complaints are that the transmission is a bit lacking on gears.

I just bought the QX80 and only having it 3 days, i really like it. It is quite, runs smooth, still trying to figure out all of the options, (i.e.) radio, navigation and hands free cell phone, but I will get there soon. I know the gas mileage is not great, but that's ok for now. I have no major complaints as of now
