I got 80% of the repair covered by the Good Will program and I'm honestly so blown away by how willing they are to help out. AJ helped us from start to finish. He explained all off the features of the car a directed us our northern Indianapolis around the construction so we didn't get lost. Even had suggestions for where to stay in the area.

Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

My experience was dealing with Lance Easley. He is a great guy to go to if you need to make it happen. Lance's sales approach comes with broad product knowledge and a desire to see the buyer get their favorite options and configurations. If you want to take a shot at a Lincoln, I would say you are on the right track (I came from a very high end german ride and am over the moon with the Navigator). I just bought the QX80 and only having it 3 days, i really like it. It is quite, runs smooth, still trying to figure out all of the options, (i.e.) radio, navigation and hands free cell phone, but I will get there soon. I know the gas mileage is not great, but that's ok for now. I have no major complaints as of now

Big engine(400 hp), most ground clearance, most luxury features on base model, Infiniti reliability, hassle free sales process(negotiated trade in, purchase price etc all over the phone) elegant quality interior. Tahoe’s/Yukon’s are now a dime a dozen.

Very nice truck. Only thing missing is massage seats and better fuel mileage with Premium fuel. Otherwise, I love it as it is still makes heads turn.

This was our first purchase from Northside Auto. I grew up as a car dealer's daughter and about half of my family was in the car business as I grew up. I am not an easy buyer. I shopped throughout the Indy area and online. I explored new and pre-owned vehicles. We purchased a one year old vehicle from Northside Auto. While there were three vehicles I liked (two elsewhere), I decided to buy from Northside in large measure because of their knowledge, business transparency, fair pricing, quality of the vehicle, attention to detail, and honesty. These things separately (let alone together) are what one hopes for when making a major purchase like this. They were all tied up with a bow. They went above and beyond. There was a tiny issue that they fixed instantly. If service were this good everywhere what a wonderful world it would be :) I can't recommend Northside Auto (and Chad Williams, the sales person who had to put up with me) any more highly.

QX 80 is very comfortable driving. Despite it's size, maintenance is great. Thieves often mistaken the rear gatelift cover to be something valuable hidden inside thereby forcing it open and causing damage. May be a sign may be necessary. The current look is nice but attractive to thieves who have no idea of what it is.

IVE HAD MINE FOR 6 YEARS AND THOUGH MY REAR SHOCKS HAVE WENT OUT THE CAN BE REPLACED WITH NON AIR SHOCKES TO GET THE FEEL BACK.. IVE HAD TO CHANGE MY TIRES 2 TIMES THOUGH .. I HAVE 140000 IN ODOMETER AND IT SHOWS NO SIGNS OF WEAKENING.. IVE BABIED THE MOTOR OIL CHANGES, GOOD GAS BUT THAT ABOUT IT.

I recently had to get a new key for my QX80. Dreyer and Reinbold programmed the new key, washed the vehicle, and returned it to me in one hour with a lower cost than had been quoted to me for the key replacement. Top quality service, great staff, and beautiful facility!

This QX80 is most comfortable to drive on a long trip, you have the power and performance and looks in this SUV. It is a pleasure to drive!

Good vehicle, comfortable on trips and dog friendly . Better fuel mileage would be great. The interior needs updated styling. Overall we really like the quietness of the ride.
