Our salesman Mike B was very knowledgeable and took time to listen to what we wanted without pushing us one way or the other. Finance Manager Max M was also friendly, went over all the paperwork clearly, and explained very useful extended warranty options without all the nonsense other dealerships try to arm-twist you over. Buying a new car doesn't have to be a chore and we give Doug's our highest recommendation without hesitation!

Comfort, power, space, looks - the Infiniti GX80 has it all for my family. We needed space and we got it. Infiniti added style and comfort. I'm very happy with this vehicle - both on the highway and around town.

The sales associates named Paul did an excellent job during the whole purchasing process. I would buy another vehicle from him based on my experience. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, communicated well, presented himself and the company very well. The credit manager did a good job as well. Unfortunately, I just had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Joy Lott, service advisor. She was rude and impatient in her communications. She would talk over me when I was trying to explain that I was calling to reschedule the appointment she made for me without my input. I do not want to deal with Joy again. Left me with a bad experience. Ownership should send her to a customer service and communication training. She forgot that her job is to create a customer experience that would keep them coming back for more business. Ownership should discuss this with her. I would recommend the sales department but not the service department based on my unpleasant experience.

This is my second Infiniti. I still own my 1st one which presently has 312,500 plus mile. It was very reliable. I wanted a vehicle that had everything I wanted in it. So, I purchased it. I love it is all I can say.

Hands down the best car purchasing experience I have had (and I have bought many cars). The team at Infiniti of Lynnwood, from the Mechanic to the GM, was first class. They could not have done more to make purchasing a car easier. I recommend anyone looking for a new or used car check them out.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

We had an error code coming up for our passenger side airbag that we took in to have diagnosed. Asha was wonderful and was able to assist in getting everything sorted out and processed with the warranty. What could have been a headache with Infiniti Corporate turned into a seamless repair thanks to her.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

The Sensory trim model offers excellent amenities and comfort options. A very quiet and smooth ride not lacking of power. The electronics are simple to learn and easy to use.

I purchased my last four cars from Infinity. I purchased a new QX60 last year and I have asked twice to have someone come to my home and teach me all the functions of the car. Like programming your garage opener, etc. Twice they said they would get back to me and twice I've heard nothing.

My wife and have a 2011 Acura MDX, not purchased from this dealership. I brought the car to the dealership for service. We were very pleased by the outstanding service and professional staff there. We were given a MDX as a free loaner while our car was getting its services and detailing. We live in Lakewood, and will continue to drive here for service and new vehicle purchase when the time comes.

This car has a nice interior. The three row seating is nice except the 3rd row is a little cramped concerning leg room. Great family car.

Recently just bought an Audi S5 from West State Motorsports and my experience was amazing. The dealership was extremely nice and all of the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The dealership was easy to work with. We agreed on a price for the car, and my trade-in, over the phone. I spent less than an hour in the dealership completing paperwork. The vehicle I bought has been great.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

When I need good transportation I go to see Ron on the corner mostly because I have always disliked car salesmen things are different here no xx take it or leave it so far I just made my third purchase pressure free and they remember your name when you return!

The car is beautiful and runs very strong my wife loves it for as old it is it’s in great shape. I don’t see any fluids leaking. No major interior or exterior damage.all in all its a great car

Our recent purchase and trade-in of cars at Eastlake Auto Brokers was very positive. The lot is set up with each type of vehicle with like vehicles side by side. Met in the parking lot with a helpful salesman who connected us with Paul who went with us on two promising test drives. When we came back the next week, Robbi was available and just as pleasant to work with since Paul was not there. Again, positive test drives and we were ready to make a purchase. Our Lexus SUV hybrid was beautifully detailed and after working with this team who do not pressure at all, we are blessed with what will be a vehicle that meets all the necessary requirements we've been looking for for two months. The best car you can have , Cvt is not an issue at all, Jeep cvt is bad nissans is good , confort another level

Javier is the most hardworking salesman I have ever worked with. Great communication, had the car ready when I got there to test drive, and did everything possible to make sure I got the deal I wanted. He even delivered the car to me. He went above and beyond. Happily we recently purchased a used 2024 Toyota 4runner at Inifiniti of Bellevue. It had many scrathes in various places on the body. Derek indicated that all but a couple could be buffed out. The others would need touch up paint. We were amazed at how beautiful it looked when we picked it up! They did a fantastic job!!! We are so pleased!!!

Have 2 now in 2023. Second owner for each. 198K (170K mine) and 135K (70K mine) miles respectively. Salvaged, newer OEM engines in each. CARB compliant ceramic headers with after cat exhaust upgrades in each. Chip in each. Rotate with Porsches Cayenne S Hybrid Commute SD to SF. Zoom Zoom.

Yes with a caveat. Overall I generally enjoy my car but issues with going through tires and maintenance issues . Because of that would probably not buy again
