I brought my 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee into Bergeron Auto for safety recalls. Upon dropping off the Cherokee I met Emmett Hotard whom struck up a conversation about the Jeep as he owned on 03. We talked about how both of us like to do the maintenance on the Jeeps and that they are fun to drive. I also talked about my family being long-time customers of Bergeron. This is a good overall car. Power is great. Features are a little difficult to navigate. Style is great. It is a very pretty car.

On other vehicles we have avoided the dealership for repairs as not convenient and typically more expensive. The team at Ray Brandt however makes the experience worth while. I am 68 and retired... needed something to get me around town in Midwest winters... car has a lot of bells and whistles I probably won't use, but it is solid as a tank. Was driving a Subaru Impreza... too low to the ground and too light... gave it to my son who is moving to Oregon... he loves it... wished I could put a "cow catcher" on the Infiniti... then I would be all set.

When I visited there, service person was very friendly. I loved it, will come back again. While I was waiting, I can drink Starbucks coffee there, or they can send me home and pick me up. Great!

This car met all our needs, it has plenty of room for our teens to sit in the back or adults, we use ours to daily drive and on vacation nearby and its cargo space is very accommodating for a group of 4 to travel, we love it and all the extras we got on it.

I like the ride and gas mileage. It is beautiful, stylish and floats on the road. The gear shift takes a lot of getting used to. It's really difficult to find Neutral. I'm scared every time I get in the car that I will put it in the wrong gear and go forward when I want to backward and vice-versa.

Upon arriving to the dealership my sales person walked out and greeted me as soon as I open my vehicle door. Not only did she deliver great customer service, she was extremely experience on my car of purchase (Camry). She was very friendly, the sales manager came speak to me and gave me a wonderful deal I couldn't refuse. Overall I want to say thanks on my recent purchase of my 2019 Camry... If you have your phone plugged into the USB port and using it for GPS etc. it will not keep with charging it. Charges real slow. When it’s 30 to 60 degrees out good luck finding a good temperature on the climate control system. Example: 50 outside set it at 61 and the system will make 50 inside. Set it at 62 and the system will take it over 150 degrees. On both of these problems the dealer told me that is how the system works. 40k vehicle doesn’t have Bluetooth audio.

Love the Suv drives great and has been a fun family vehicle. Took the Suv for a trade in and was upside down by almost 6 thousand. I rather keep the Suv than take that loss

This car meets all of my needs. It is beautiful, spacious, has all the technology and luxury additional items that I wanted. It drives great, gets better gas mileage than I expected at 19 mpg. It has third row seats that automatically fold into the floor for more cargo space. All the seats are comfortable and adjustable, even the third row reclines! It’s an awesome car that gets many compliments! I love it. It is AWD which I don’t use often but works great if there is snow on the ground.

I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Was originally interested in a Toyota Sequoia (we’ve been Toyota fans for years) but checked out the Infiniti QX80 because of the looks and features and chose the QX80 over the Sequoia. Great value for the price point.

Q 60 handles very well and has a great ride. cockpit is snug, but not cramped and it will get 29-30 mpg at 75 mph all day long. Metro ,mileage is averaging 27 mpg

After owning 3 Honda vans I both needed to downsize and to drive something different for a change. The size is perfect for me and the SUV drives and performs well. It has lots of power. Very comfortable front seats as well. I’m looking forwards to driving the QX 50 for many years!
